Great place with new beds, clean rooms. Friendly staff and an amazing price. Pool is very clean, slide switch is in the wall. Get a room outside so you can get a fresh air flow, unless you don’t mind all aAC air.

Stay was fine. A little snow removal would have been appreciated Was very reasonable price wise. Yes would stay again

The proprty was clean, staff were friendly. Super comfortable bed. Quiet. Hot tub was well maintained

We enjoyed our stay! Very cool courtyard rooms with view of pool and lovely mural painting on ceiling. Staff was very kind and helpful! Sorted everything out for us as soon as we requested! Will stay again!

Overall the hotel was a good place to stay. Just a couple of items - the air conditioning unit worked well and quickly but was very, very loud. We didn't really want to run it through the night because of this and the room got quite stuffy after periods of time without the AC on. The TV remote was not intuitive - we needed to ask the front desk how to get the TV to work properly. And although they provided a variety of breakfast foods (cereal, oa**eal, bacon, boiled & poached eggs, toast, bagels and juices) the only thing lacking was fruit of any kind. There was OJ but some fresh fruit would have made the breakfast menu perfect!

The location is convenient for access to downtown, south Lethbridge, and the west side. Staff were friendly, the room was small but clean and comfortable beds. However, the bathroom was very dated and not in good repair. The TV and USB port for charging devices did not work.

Average hotel, comfortable, convenient, liked the breakfast. The courtyard pool was very noisy from 7-10pm. The men using the hot tub had to raise their voices to hear each other over the water. So from my room, the echo was annoying. I decided to watch tv to drown out the noise but the tv remote was super confusing!

The room was extremely hot and humid and in very, very poor shape. The bed wasn’t comfortable the bed wasn’t a queen also
