萊託扎尼住宅酒店(Residence Letojanni)

Mai stato peggio in tutta la mia vita! truffatori nel vero senso della parola! vogliono farti pagare addirittura anche l’aria condizionata a fine servizio, ti aggiungono costi alla fine che uno nemmeno conosce l’esistenza! Struttura che cade a pezzi! Puzza di piscio di gatti ovunque… Morale della favola Chiamarlo la piccola India sarebbe l’ideale

Abbiamo deciso di fare questa vacanza insieme a dei cugini. Ci siamo affidati per la scelta delle strutture ad un’agenzia. Che dire, settimana di ferragosto, 1300€ extra esclusi ( circa 200€ ). Struttura oltre che datata io aggiungerei pericolosa e sporca. Gli appartamenti si salvano ma il resto no. Piscina con mosaico interno staccato, scale che portano nel teatro frequentato anche da bambini pericolanti, con chiodi di fuori e legno marcio, palco con dei fili elettrici penzolanti, topi che passeggiavano qua e là. Per il “ristorante” c’è bisogno di dedicare un po’ più di tempo nella descrizione. Inizio dicendo che il personale è abbastanza gentile infatti loro non centrano, anzi a tratti erano abbastanza desolati e imbarazzati per la situazione e li capisco benissimo. Partiamo dalla colazione, dimenticate quello che vedete nelle foto recensioni perché non esiste. Quindi la colazione era questo: cornetti congelati cotti al momento, biscotti e fette biscottate confezionate con tanto di marmellate e crema alle nocciole nelle vaschette monodose, caffè e cappuccino ( che erano inclusi nel prezzo ) della macchinetta, che erogava una quantità esagerata di acqua prima e dopo la bevanda scelta. Cappuccino e caffè “ decenti” fatti come al bar bisognava pagarli a parte. Pranzo/cena: si poteva scegliere tra 2 primi e 2 secondi più un contorno. Quando ho partorito, in ospedale ho mangiato molto meglio. Aglio e olio usato a dismisura, pasta e riso precotti, materia prima scadente. Noi avevamo la mezza pensione, ma nel ristorante del residence ci abbiamo mangiato forse 2/3 volte. Passiamo ora al ristorante: ragnatele ovunque, nastro di pittura ancora sul muro, coprisedia lerci, bicchieri con tracce di rossetto, stoviglie poco pulite in generale, ditate di unto sui piatti. I ragazzi dell’animazione forse minorenni, passavano dall’animazione la mattina al mare, al pomeriggio in piscina e la sera in teatro con baby dance ecc. La ragazza se non sbaglio, Margherita, è anche svenuta un giorno al mare. Gli appartamenti accettabili, con piano cottura comodo per me che ho un bimbo piccolo, e aria condizionata. La vista dalla nostra camera meravigliosa. Posto qualche foto per dare più o meno un’idea. Tornassi indietro, sceglierei infinite volte la Sicilia, ma non questo residente. Sconsiglio

Établissement laissé à la derive. Ascenseurs donnant accès aux appartements hors fonctionnement. Volée de marches sur 4 étages. Marches en piteux état. Petit déjeuner ridicule et quasi inexistant. Wifi fonctionnant au petit bonheur la chance. Terrasses sales et non entretenues. Restauration du soir chere et pas bonne. Tout est laissé à l'abandon. Points positifs: Appartements spacieux, grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la baie. Piscine à l'hotel. Navette gratuite jusque la plage de Letojanni toutes les heures..MAIS.. dernière heure pour venir vous rechercher 17h. Ridicule si l'on desire profiter des magasins ou souper le soir à la mer. Personnel gentil, sympathique et prévenant.

Reality verses online is so different. It is not easily accessible unless you are super fit (we go running and paddleboarding, but the constant hill would be too much for most people). On arrival at Residence Letojanni, there was literally no-one there. We had a walk around calling out to see if we could find anyone. It literally looked like it had been deserted and had been severely vandalised. We felt unsafe. The pictures show the disrepair the hotel was in. There were broken and lifted tiles around the pool, exposed electrical wires, peeling paint, balconies that clearly had some movement and were crumbling. Granted it was a bank holiday, but not to have anyone there, nor to let us know that is unbelievable. There was no restaurant as advertised, so luckily we had hired a car, so went to find a shop to stock up on food. Whilst we gave Loveholidays and the hotel a chance to put things right on several occasions, this was not met. We were offered alternative accommodation in the sister hotel, Hotel Peppe, but this had no self catering facilities or car parking for the hire car. This would have been impossible to accept as we had already spent approximately £80 on food which largely needed to be kept refrigerated. Instead, we were offered breakfast for the duration of our stay, which consisted of cereal and pre-packaged chocolate biscuits, which was nothing like a breakfast you'd expect in a hotel. You'd expect at least toast or perhaps pastries on the continent, so we declined. The next day, we noticed a van and some promotion called ‘Big’ on it. A group of young people started to put out flags on the top area. We asked what they were doing as there were no hotel staff around and one explained that it was a stage. It turned out it was for some kind of teenage Easter camp and they were there until Sunday. They did some kind of 'staging' and put some chairs round the pool and swept up. It was nowhere near a safe place for guests. We were put in the apartment closest to all the noise and asked to be moved, but there was apparently nowhere for us to be moved to. The staff of the company kept us awake at all hours, partying after the teenagers had gone and they would literally go to bed at 3am. We reported this, but nothing was done. Photos show they had 15 chairs on their balcony (each apartment had 4). Sleeping in the day was not an option as the noise levels from the music were so loud, we couldn’t even enjoy sitting on the balcony with the partial sea view, which was overshadowed, so it was cold by 2pm. This hotel is a mess. Tiles missing, bugs and worms in rooms. Mattresses are old and felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Flies all over the breakfast buffet. The view from our balcony was breath taking and Mt Etna was right there. Will never stay there again. And do not recommend.

B.ready to climb lots of steps, lifts don't work. Unit sleeps 2 on separate single beds and 2 8n living space. Terrace is 12sqm and looks over bay. Appliances work, unit had enough kitchenwares for 4+ people without sponge and detergent. Bring 🦟 repellent otherwise suffer. Booking site sold these night for 90€ with bkfst

Place is badly maintained and room needs uplift. In addition, there is no one in office and you have to call to get hold of someone and wait for them to come to give you the key. The location is nice with ocean view and close to Taormina but you will need a car to get there.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo residence, la piscina é un po datata ma carina, il mini appartamento, confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il bar/ristorante interno offre cibo OTTIMO e il personale é simpaticissimo, alla mano e molto cortese, in particolare Paolo e Tamara due persone meravigliose. In questa settimana erano rimasti pochi animatori essendo a fine stagione ma nonostante ciò ci siamo divertiti, resterà un posto che porteremo nel cuore.

Ottimo cibo!!! sia a pranzo che a cena,consigliatissimo Chef Paolo bravissimo !!! Colazione molto scadente. Servizio ai tavoli ed al bar molto gentili e disponibili. Pulizia soddisfacente. Animazione simpatica e divertente. Posizione geografica della struttura strategica, a soli 10 km da Taormina e Guordini Naxos.
