Apartment house right next to torrent railways. Residence "Ringstrasse (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 20 m from the skiing area. In the house: bar, lounge, table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, public car park at 50 m, extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Leukerbad, Bristol" 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths 300 m. Tennis 500 m, cable car, skisport facilities, slopes 20 m, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leukerbad Torrent. Hiking paths: Gemmi 1 km. The house is on the wooded south-west slope, right next to the torrent railways. Only a short stairway separates the house from the valley station. Parking: Winter: parking lot CHF 35.00/week, garage box CHF 70.00/week, summer: parking lot free, garage box CHF 35.00/week. Attention: Garage spaces are limited, reservation and confirmation only possible upon arrival! The Leukerbad Plus Card is included in the booking. Great location for skiers - you can go up the stairs to the cable car. A beautiful walk to the thermal baths and to the center. Room with equipped kitchen, clean, everything functional. Friendly and helpful property manager.

All in all great. Only the balcony door handle urgently needs to be repaired. And I personally find the carpet under the sofa unhygienic and unnecessary.

However, the flats are a bit outdated and should be renovated. Only 1 flat has a dishwasher! Definitely needs to be added. The cleaning is also not good! The location is top.

Perfect for skiing on torrent. Also near the center. Well furnished. good size Unfortunately the apartment was not good cleaned and there was dust everywhere. Otherwise very nice and practical.
