The beds were hard, and the room was small, the food was ok but at no point was i asked at dinnertime if i had any allergies. The breakfast was the only highpoint of the stay. They also had issues to when i was able to eat dinner.

I stayed here for three nights and found the hotel to be bright and clean with extra friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay as good as possible. The location is literally two streets away from the station and other shops and amenities (and the University is only 15 minutes away on foot). There are also some stunning local walks, all within easy access of the hotel (especially in the snow) I felt a little embarrassed that due to the last minute nature of my trip, I hadn’t learnt any Norwegian. But everyone spoke perfect English anyway ( which was a relief). There is a great restaurant on site, serving some fine foods which I would highly recommend ( the local beer was very good too). Breakfast was self service .. ranging from cooked breakfasts to omelettes, to pancakes, fruit, cereals, meats and cheeses. Checkout is Midday, so there is no great rush to leave in the morning. I should also mention, that there is an iron and ironing board in the basement that you can use.. just ask at reception. I would definitely stay here again

We arrived on Monday 26th of June. The next day the key to the room didn't work. We told the staff about it and that fixed it... The next time I tryed the key it didn't work. About ten times the key didn't work but the staff didn't do anything about it. They just said that they wold fix it. At the and we had to raise our voice and get angry before the staff took action. Long story and I could say more but I don't bother. Very poor hotel but very good breakfast

The rooms are clean, neat and comfortable. The meals are very tasty, there was a lot to choose from at breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes from the train station. There are shops and a gym in the area Top notch service, the staff is nice, polite and very helpful. I heartily recommend!

Very nice hotel. Great service from staff and delicate food. The breakfast buffe was filled with lots to choose from. The room was likeable, with a comfortable bed. I would recommend if you are traveling through or going to Levanger.

The hotel is quite okay and like expected. The room was clean. The coffee in the reception was well above average - a big plus. The gym, listed under hotel facilities, is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and any use is billed extra. This was not communicated on the website or when I first asked and picked up the key card.

Great breakfast. Delicious! We just went there for breakfast. It didn't disappoint. Good coffee, pancakes, eg, bacon, veggies, bread, juice, yoghurt, cereal, waffles, croissants etc. And very friendly and skilled staff! Will definitely go again some day!
