Minimal business etiquette but passing the bar…nevertheless.

Woke up to 2 roaches crawling in the bathroom the last checking is in tried to charge for my gf even though trips.com who I made the reservation with listed it as a 2 person price felt attacked while checking in

Llame en cuatro ocasiones antes de la fecha de llegada para especificar que necesitaba una habitación en el primer piso, ya que no puedo caminar y utilizo asistencia para moverme, cuando llegue al motel me asignaron una habitación regular en el tercer piso, exigí una habitación en el primer piso y me dieron una sin nevera y sin microondas cuando mi elección fue con eso enseres incluidos, las habitaciones solo ofrecen dos jabones, no shampoo, no crema, no papel facial. Decepcionada no me ofrecieron reembolso ni ajuste a mi reservación aún cuando me proveyeron una habitación de menor costo. El personal de limpieza amable y el área estaba limpia.

My water at my apartments went out. People were working on it but had no time frame. So I got a room for 90bucks down the street, at this motel 6. Familiar with this place cause I use to stay at this one a lot when I was in town from the oil fields back in the 2013 and so. About one hour later, as we we came back to get some food to take to the motel-our water was back on. We didn’t even unpack in this motel room so I asked the front guy if I could get a refund because I don’t need the room anymore. He said no and it was over two hours and just rude and seemed to careless. Not his money. So I basically, No I did pay for a room that I didn’t even use at all. Why shouldn’t I get a refund back??? And it was not even two hours after I asked for a refund. More like 1hr. That’s just not fair, it’s not professional and i didn’t even use that room. I do deserve a refund. But up to Motel 6.

The room description specifically states refrigerator & microwave. There was no refrigerator which i was depending on!

Didn't have any breakfast.. no cereal & barely any coffee... the room had what looked like mold on the roof and the bathroom... there was supposed to be no smoking but the room smelled like nothing but smoke..

The staff is very friendly, and both the room and the overall feel of the hotel is very clean. Everything smelled fresh, which is not common with low cost hotels like this. It’s nice to have a fairly large fridge and solid microwave as well. The only little nitpick is that the top blankets had some stains and a couple of cigarette burns. They were very clean, but these were things that would never come out with cleaning. It’s strange that it would be so clean in every other way, but not replace old, worn out top covers as they become blemished like this. Again, it didn’t ruin anything, and this is truly the best it gets of the budget-friendly hotels in this area (and I have tried others), it’s just odd.

Staff is great, rooms clean, and lobby is nice and open. 👍👍 Rai, very helpful and greatlt appreciated.
