列剋星敦凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Lexington)

대체로 만족 합니다 ~ 세면대 배수가 잘 안돼서 부탁 드리니 바로 시정 해 주셔서 감사하고 직원들도 친절 했습니다 ~ 매년 한번씩 켄터키에 가야 하는데 자주 이용 할것 같습니다 ~

Average at best. Had to be moved three times. First room the sink would not drain at all and would have overflowed with continued use. Called front desk to ask if maintenance could come look at it and they said maintenance was out until Monday. Moved us to a different floor and room. That room only had a king bed when we were very specific at check in less than 30 minutes prior that we were traveling with five people and had to have two beds and sleeper sofa. Had to be moved to a third room on a different floor again. Pool area had no towels and front desk didn’t want to restock them. No bedding in room for sleeper sofa. Bed was decently comfortable though and room was a nice size although the layout was terrible! The vanity and only sink in the room directly faces the beds. So it’s impossible to get ready in the morning without waking everyone up. Room was definitely not designed with multiple travelers in mind.

Staff was minimal. I saw one girl working the front desk friday and saturday had to wait long periods of time for any help. Never any towels at the pool, and it was full of kids for a birthday party that weren't even staying at the hotel!

The room was really clean and nice. Really enjoyed the layout of the room. One of the nicest rooms I’ve been in for a while. Will definitely stay there again!!!!

It was a great place our room wasn’t quit ready when we got there but than that was a great stay

Breakfast was good, clean quiet room, easy to find close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Clean and great location, front desk clerk was MIA when we arrived, but showed up after a short wait. No greeting, but was able to change my room as requested.

Facilities need to be upgraded to the name “Hyatt”. Room was not cleaned while we were out and towels were not replaced. Front desk staff was great!

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days of shopping and going to some of our favorite restaurants. The location is great it’s near shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and the room was quite large. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was way too soft and offered almost no support. I spent the second night sleeping on a sofa. Please replace your beds.
