Very nice hotel room, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Overall condition of hotel needs serious upgrading. More cleanliness would help, but you can only do so much with the outdated conditions. Breakfast was cold and uncooked. Told front desk manager someone parked in front of handicap ramp and she just shrugged and did nothing about it. Construction lift which wasn't in use all weekend was parked directly in the middle of the back parking lot.

The hotel could definitely use an upgrade in the rooms and around the hotel, but given we have stayed in worse hotels in the area, we were happy to pay a bit more and have hot water in the showers. The hotel is clean, even if everything is outdated. The towels were thin and small, the bedding was clean but the beds are are definitely slept in. Very squishy mattresses. The breakfast was just grab and go items.. didn't even have the standard waffle maker. For the price of the room, having fresh fruit (not just an apple), would have been great. The hot tub water was luke warm and had a terrible smell to it. The pool and hot tub water both looked greenish (not blueish), and part of that is from the color of the epoxy, but given the smell of both, we're pretty sure both could use a good chlorine shock. The person at check in definitely doesn't like her job and was very curt and not friendly at all. Many of us from the same weekend event stayed here, and we all had the same "less than friendly" experience at check in. The hotel is priced higher than everything else in the area, and probably shouldn't be. But it was safe, warm, and clean... just not worth the price we paid.

Very nice! The room was exceptionally quiet! The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast offering was very good! Would recommend the facility!

Very comfortable, clean hotel to spend the night during our NY-FL trip. Just off the highway and with a Ruby Tuesday right next door. We were too tired to use the hot tub, but it looked inviting

Specifically looked for and booked a handicap-access room. Website claimed a roll-in shower - nope. Bars and elevated toilet but not a roll-in shower - standard tub with disabled-level shower control but NO hand-held shower, just one at high height where a handicapped (not able to stand) guest could not reach the shower head.

The check in and overall staff were great! Breakfast was available and hot. The rooms are a bit run down, pillow cases were thinned and the shower head was very clogged, water took a long time to heat up and pressure was non existent.

It was very clean, staff was friendly, very quiet and felt very safe. As a mom with two children with me in this trip, the kids safety was my priority. The breakfast was ok. Wish there was an action station where you could pour your own waffle and make it there rather than warm up an eggo waffle in the toaster oven. The eggs were less than desirable. The pool was comfy and clean, although all the lights were out as it was difficult to find the light switch to turn on so that my children could see while they were swimming.

The internet connection is the worst. You can not even make a videoconference without video.
