Tru by 希爾頓大學醫學中心(Tru by Hilton Lexington University Medical Center)

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I had to book the hotel in a pinch when the other hotel I booked through trip.com did not have electricity when I showed up for my stay. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

This was our 4th visit as we come in from Indiana for Dr appointments. This time we were on the 3rd floor. It was horrible. The noise all night long. Doors slaming people running up and down the hall. Getting on and off the elevator. Then housekeeping started knocking on the door by 8:20 after being told we were still in the room housekeeping knocked 2 more times. Check out isnt until 11am so Im not sure why this started so early. The girl at the front was understanding but we were told since we booked through a 3rd party so there wasnt anything she could do. We will be back as it is close to the hospital but hopefully we wont be on the 3rd floor. The hotel is clean.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice, hot, and clean. The room was clean and comfy. It’s a good walk to the Rupp Arena/downtown area, but doable. Sidewalks available on the entire walk. We had a great stay!

Property is right across from hospital which could be good or bad :-) rooms are clean and comfortable

Everything was great from arrival to checkout! We had a great experience.

Haven’t traveled in a while but was surprised with this cute little hotel. Very clean! Looked clean and smelled clean. Very quick and easy check in. Was also in a great location as we were there for a doctors appointment.Definitely recommend!

The only problem was the noise of the person in the room above us, you need to install carpet to quiet it down

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had is that we didn’t get any sleep. The room next to us was loud all night. Talking loud, slamming doors. We had driven three hours for a doctors appointment very early the next day. When we left they had a quiet sign on their door.
