馬斯特裏赫特市中心便利酒店(EasyHotel Maastricht City Centre)

Ik heb een fijn verblijf ervaren. Medewerkers hebben me goed geholpen met mijn vragen. Ik kom zeker nog een keer terug

Zeer vriendelijke receptiemedewerker, heel handige en ruime bagagekluisjes. Super locatie. Kamer niet groot (dat wisten we van tevoren), maar schoon.

當我早上退房時，我被告知我還沒有付款。這是不正確的，網路銀行也顯示確實已被扣款。儘管我出示了借方，但這位先生對此表示懷疑。

Prima hotel in centrum van Maastricht. Op loopafstand van treinstation. Inchecken ging netjes. Personeel aan balie mag wat vriendelijker. Geen aannamen doen zonder mensen aan te kijken en iets meer oog voor de mensen die voor je staan is een tip.

The location of the hotel is really in the centre of Maastricht. We didn't use our car the whole weekend. The room was small but clean and perfect when you only have to sleep and shower. The employees were friendly and helpfull. The only thing that bothered us was the noice outside of the hotel. It was very loud as the hotel didn't have isolated windows and people who went out were passing by.

Location is perfect! The walls are too thin that can make you uncomfortable if you happen to have a noisy neighbour, which in my case there was. You have to ask the receptionist for an air-dryer because there isn't in the room. I stayed 4 nights and if not asked they do not clean the room. Check-out time is 10 am; for 15 euros you can buy late check-out and if you want to leave your luggage after the check-out, it is 4 euros.

I find it odd that so many countries don't offer wash cloths/face towels. While the property was nice and comfortable, it was very very basic, no frills but the price was right :-) There were no glasses/cups - again maybe and American thing? Also I notified them that the soap in the shower was VERY low. It was not filled and when I stated it again upon leaving they did not seem to believe it has not been filled
