We enjoyed our stay very much. Love the modern design and room facilities.

Iv stayed here on numerous occasions over the past few years, the staff are mostly nice and helpful. The food is always good and plenty of it. The pool is a major disappointment jacuzzi is too cold all the time, steam room and sauna not working for quite a while. Locker rooms are falling apart and outdated. For working men this is quite a let down as it is nice to relax in a leisure centre. I think it's time for another hotel

Unbelievably, after we checked in and hauled our bags into and out of the elevator on the first floor, we dragged our bags down a haul and through a fire door airlock to discover TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. We lugged the bags up, around a corner, through another fire door airlock, AND FOUND MORE STAIRS. And more - ultimately, 30 stairs up five different flights of steps. No warning at checkin - and no indication that we could have parked around back and thus missed perhaps half the stairs. (We figured that out for ourselves before we left). The rooms were acceptable, large and comfortable, though perhaps a bit on the shabby side. Did not try to eat there, taxi into town and back. Not for the mobility challenged, not for anyone with large bags. Rating would have been higher if front desk had been more helpful.

Had stayed before but second time around, it was no better. Stayed last weekend for a family confirmation - felt the staff were rude and let children run around unruly whilst their parents get drunk in the bar! Room was tiny - slept for one hour as the couple in the adjoining room shouted at their child for the night whilst my children were woken up. The swimming pool also smelt of sewage. On check out, the rude person on reception tried to charge me for a second room I had apparently booked in my name and not cancelled. On me checking, the room was already occupied by someone else! He was ignorant, started to argue with me and was more concerned about charging me twice than hearing about my issues the night before. The dinner wasn't bad.

We had the best day ever in the Greenhills. From the moment we booked until we checked out last Monday nothing was an issue. Daphne and Natasha were always on hand to help and answer any questions we had. The staff are amazing. From the minute my family began checking in on the Friday to the minute they checked out on the Monday nothing was an issue. We had our full day Ceremony and evening reception in the hotel and it was seamless. The team were always on hand to help us and guide us even brining us a sandwich during the pictures Our day 2 was just as good as the wedding day aswell. The bar didn't stop and the food was beutiful. We would 100% recommend the Greenhills to anyone getting married. Theresa & John

I've stayed here twice now. The last time was for a Munster match. It's a short walk to Thomond Park so very handy. Nice rooms, clean, comfortable, spacious and warm. Comfy beds. Tea/coffee making facilities. A nice bar with good food and a nice ambience. Nice pool. Staff are friendly. Bar can be quite busy and understaffed. Breakfast is always good and room service is always a welcome facility! Recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again.

Room was lovely spacious and very clean, staff very helpful and food was absolutely amazing , couldn't ask for more from a hotel , will definitely be back , plus the gym , swimming pool and spa were an added bonus

Struttura dotata di ogni confort. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la gentilezza e l'ospitalità del personale del ristorante/griglieria dell'Hotel i quali nonostante siamo arrivati tardi e con la cucina praticamente chiusa ci hanno servito degli ottimi sandwich ed accontentato le richieste della bambina. Abbiamo soggiornati per 2 notti. Le camere ampie confortevoli e soprattutto silenziose. Structure equipped with every comfort. We have appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff of the restaurant / grill of the Hotel. Despite, we arrived late and the kitchen was practically closed, they served us excellent sandwiches and satisfied the child's requests. We spent 2 nights. The room was large, comfortable and quiet rooms.

Dropped in for Sunday Carvery Lunch after it was recommended to me by the friend. Choice of food and quality was excellent. Good Choice on the menu, live music, friendly staff and spotlessly clean and inviting hotel . Happy to recommend this place for a spot of lunch!
