Comfort Inn was GREAT! Some of their other clients wereVERY DISRUPTIVE WITH LOUD MUSIC, from 2am till 6:30 am. I called desk 3 times music would stop for short time then resume. At 5am I knocked on clients door ask them to please turn down music, to no avail. At 5:30 am I knocked on wall & they knocked back, so ….Went down to desk about 7am & asst. manager was VERY helpful & VERY willing to refund full nites lodging, but said I had to go through Hotels. Com, which I am pleased to say was VERY helpful immediately in processing a FULL REFUND back to my card. I was pleasantly surprised at their cooperation with this matter. Will continue to use Hotels. Com in the future.

Easy access from the interstate & good parking. Fast food close by. Clean rooms & friendly staff. The elevator broke down, the hair dryer didn't work, & the phone in the room didn't call the front desk. They did get the elevator running in one day & brought a replacement hair dryer quickly. The pool is FREEZING cold & the hot tub had no water in it. Over all the room was clean & comfortable.

First up, I would definitely stay here again when passing through the area. The bed was very comfortable and staff was excellent. Breakfast was not impressive; bring your own unless you prefer a waffle or cereal. Hard boiled eggs would have been nice as a protein source. Eggs were out at 830am & not replaced, large piece of pink breakfast meat was available. Large room w pull out couch, as well as sink outside of bathroom is great for families.

The area and Friendliness of staff and workers. Very nice breakfast and cook and maintenance man very nice and housekeping people were excellent. Also, The stay of Ben and Cindy Walton and Ben's Wife who also stated there.

We arrived there and were promply greeted with an exceptional hostess there behind the counter. She was courteous and polite. The room was spacious and exceptional. Very clean.

Arrived about 6pm and nobody was at the counter to greet me for check in for at least five minutes. When the host finally arrived, she was apologetic, friendly and it was actually faster than most check-ins. Room is quiet, clean, spacious, bed super comfy, nice chair ottoman, desk and chair and TV. And it had a coffee bar Keurig, fridge, microwave, closet, dresser, desk. Separate sink/vanity area by front door. Toilet room was very tight with a shower/tub which could use updating. Squeaked when standing in it.

After i showered, i noticed ANTS on the bathroom floor. Tiny red ants would all over the tile floor. It was too late to complain or change room. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel needs updating and a thorough cleaning. There was candy and other things under the beds. We was there for 3 nights and there was trash in the ice room and in the halls.

The jacuzzi isn't working, have to get staff to enter the pool area. staff wasn't not friendly. Some were quite rude. Rooms were clean though.
