Nice hotel, but no lift. Also nowhere to hang towels, bathrobes or dressing gowns in the shower room. A peg on the back of the door would be helpful. Unfortunately the room key was made void after our first day denying entry to our room. We had to contact the desk thereafter every time we left the room to get back in, which meant unnecessary trips up and down the stairs.

The room was fine as were the facilities. The bar was below zero as they had the air con up full.My partners bed was ok but mine was crowned and supremely uncomfortable- I slept little as I felt I was going to roll off all the time. Also every time I turned over the bed creaked and woke me up further;it was a bit of a nightmare.

It's a place to stop in a retail park.
Once you get past that staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and have everything. So would give it four and half stars.

The restaurant is good for people who love eating meat
But there seem no options for those of us who avoid meat and dairy. Absence of fresh veg and salad.
We had fish and chips. Fish Ok but chips AWFUL
