On arriving at the hotel everything seemed good, it was easy to get in using the code I was sent, everything looked well presented and it was lovely and warm.
As I walk through the hotel to my room the air became cooler obsessed in my room it was cold. I checked the radiator and it says cold so I pulled the bed out and found that the radiator was leaking.
I rung the helpline and had a long confusing conversation with a man that seemed to struggle to understand what I meant, when the call ended I was unsure if anything would be done to fix the problem.
After 15 minutes in a cold room I went out to get some tea, whilst I was out the man rung me back asking me to let workmen into the room, I told him it was not my responsibility I was paying for a service not to supervise workmen so I told him I was happy for them to go in the room without me.
When I returned there was an electric heater in the room. But there is only 2 plug sockets available and a sign asking guests not to unplug the fridge so I had to choose between charging my phone, using the kettle or the heater, not exactly the service you'd expect in any hotel.
