巴利雙河林肯娛樂場酒店(Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel)

I have been a Bally's Twin River Hotel Lincoln RI guest awhile & I find it comforting, ******* allows me to provide & access the opportunity to book & make arrangements for requests, I had a very wonderful peaceful stay Feb 04,2024 overnight until February 5,2024. Thanks ******* & Bally's looking forward to my next visit.

This place has so much potential but the smoke is unbearable. People are smoking indoors everywhere and everything smells like smoke. The hotel room was someone with allergies biggest nigh**are. There is a strong artificial fragrance to cover up the smell of smoke but it just creates two terrible smells and a terrible migraine. It’s so disappointing because the set up of the place is so cool and I would have loved to go to stay often but they have to find a way to contain the indoor smoke to an enclosed area

I really liked that the overall property was beautiful. Also the check in staff was nice and accommodating. The pool itself was slightly dirty the water I saw dead bugs and a leaf. It’s an indoor pool so that wasn’t very appealing. The spa light area was over crowded with people using there phones in restricted areas. Which why even have rules if your not going to enforce them. I wouldn’t actually go there again, the rooms are okay but not worth it. The hotel was clean inside the room, it was kind of loud during the middle of the night. The ****** could have been more accommodating for people who NEVER gambled there before. Who has no idea how to use the machines. Which even though I asked several people like security, and the players card only person it was not explained. The dining and bar was excellent and very clean. Overall it was okay.

Just a horrible experience property was under construction so everything was limited parking was limited and when checking in the person at the front desk gave me wrong directions to the room and I ended up getting yelled at for walking through the ****** by security trying to find my room with my 6year old daughter because the front desk person told me to go through the ****** because of construction also amenities like the pool was not working and available and the food court and restaurant was limited in there menu and overpriced for what they were serving just a bad experience and for the price I paid for the room definitely un happy better off staying at the holiday in unless u just wanna gamble and even then.

I liked the pool. The people were nice. Our bed had a lot of hair on it. We had to get new bed sheets as soon as we got there. Also the vent was in front of the right side of the bed and air blew in our face all night. Lots of sneezing.

House keeping tried entering the room at 9 am and came in at 10am and check out wasn’t until 11am. Also, it’s New Year’s Day and no late check out. Front desk was rude and hung up on me

They did not hold the type of room I reserved. Restaurants closed at 9 pm Cold water in shower No room service.

I enjoy the tranquility &the walking & remaining safe& sanitized. Great time for my Serenity, accommodations. Staff pl

I really couldn’t get over how clean the hotel was. The room especially clean! I will absolutely come back.
