The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They offered suggestions about things to do and were so pleasant with every interaction! The facility is beautiful! Our room was clean and comfortable! We were able to walk the Streets of Old St. Charles from the hotel. Parking was a tad tricky when we arrived back late Saturday, but that didn't deter us. We will definitely plan another visit when we are in town for a future dance competition!

Our room was just plain out nasty! We were told we couldn't get another room. I found 3 white pills in our chair in the room. They turned out to be Vicodin 7.5. I can't belive we can't get a refund or something for having to deal with all this? Oh yeah we also have a 4 year old son. Luckily I found those pills before him.

Great area near the historic downtown. Staff is excellent. Nice breakfast options. Rooms are not quiet if that’s an issue - neighbors above us were up very late and up early so sleep was interrupted

The receptionist was extremely polite and sweet. Breakfast was served adequately and it was hot. A lot of variety. I am very pleased

Love the front desk staff and the comfort of the room. The breakfast area is clean with great variety. Walking to restaurants is a huge plus. Easy parking and access is great! We love coming here when in the area and will continue to do so. The lady at the front desk on Wednesday morning is amazing, I think she’s the manager but not sure. We will be back for sure like we did already!

Great stay. Easy access, clean and spacious. It’s great to have bedroom and separate sitting / living area with different family needs. I’d stay there again 👍

I loved haven't the under the hotel parking. The staff at the first desk was exceptional. I didn't find anything I didn't like about our stay. I only thing I would add is they need more than one waffle maker lol

Everything was fine. But putting a simple bar up in the bathroom DID not make the room handicap accessible! The shelf above the one is badly placed. I hit my shoulder and head and l lost my balance. There is no accommodation to make the shower ‘accessible. Big failure!!!

We were very pleased with our stay! The front desk went above our expectations, by calling to see if a restaurant would be open for us, as there was inclement weather. Also, the breakfast area was staffed by Beverly, who made sure everything was stocked, clean, and tidy! Check out with Justin in the morning was very pleasant and courteous!

The hotel itself was decent. We booked through ******* and received the wrong room. When we called the front desk we were told that since we booked a through a third party (*******) they were only required to provide a room and it didn't matter if we had paid extra for a nicer toom. We normally use a different chain of hotels and have never had this issue with them. We chose this one because it was closer to our plans. It will make no difference to them but we will not make that mistake again. Staff was completely uninterested in helping or apologizing for the mix up. It was clearly our fault to them once they learned we hadn't used their website. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the disappointment and treatment. Book at your own risk.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. Everyone working there that we encountered was pleasant and smiling. The pool was great. The beds are on the firmer side and the pillows are on the softer side. I would stay there again.

Good stay, clean rooms. Wish blankets were thicker, great parking and Hendricks BBQ next door is great.

This was really nice very clean bed was little hard and pillows are small everything else was perfect ..
