Wasnt what i expected very small i wanted a king bed got a queen that was hard as a rock. Snow wasnt plowed so the handicap parking was a challenge to get out of the car.

Great Evening Manager!! Very informative and pleasant conversation! Property was what i expected since i love Extended Stay!!

They charged me 280 for damage to a room and I have pic showing it’s clean

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean although it didn’t look like floor was vacuumed. Tub was peeling - but was clean. Bed was comfortable but needed more than 3 pillows.

When I first checked in I was told my room was on the second floor, I checked the step count. One of the people I was meeting could not do the steps. The shift was changing when I came back and asked for a room on the bottom floor. I was told there were no king-size rooms on the bottom floor and that I would not be refunded the difference. After texting one of my people they said they could do the steps. After going back to let him know I was ok with the steps I overheard him telling his people they didn't have time to switch out my room cause of shift change. After getting in the room to unpack. I saw the bathroom was dirty the fridge was on the lowest setting and the knob was broken off. The tub was very dirty. The vents had rust on them etc etc etc. This was my first time staying in the one in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. The one in Timonium is outstanding and far above Linthicum Heights.

Had a terrible experience. I checked in and went to get back, and when I did I was locked out of my room, only to find someone else in there. They booked someone into my room after me

It will be nice and convenient for the property owner to have a key box on the outside. Where customers can drop off their key cards during office closing hours.

Lady at the front counter was very polite and nice place was clean some of the people that stayed there were also very nice thank you for the great service
