I've stayed at 3 Extended Stay America Suites. This is my second favorite. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I'll be back!

There was no heat or hot water and they wasn’t tryna give me another room very dirty but clean at all

Bad room bad maintenance housekeeping bad front desk staffs just bad hotel that is not doing there job disilibity room is not.complying with ada laws this hote need too be reported too health and county governments

Has potential to be very welcoming, but facility needs much TLC.

The carpet was dirty. The room smelled of stale air. The blanket was dirty. My boyfriend asked the receptionist for a tube of toothpaste and was told that the whole facility didn’t have any. Overall experience was average. Wasn’t impressed.

I was in town for the weekend, great overall experience. Quiet, relaxing and easy access to the highway.

My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert. My boyfriend ordered us breakfast on doordash (Starbucks) and it was delivered to the front door. When he went down to get it, almost immediately after it was delivered, it was gone. He asked the front desk about it and they blatantly lied, saying that they didn’t know where it was. He could see the bag and then drinking one of our drinks. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. The shower did not work so we were unable to shower. People were complaining about their TV not working and the front desk people didn’t do anything about it.

The area was quite My room was very dirty asked for the floor to be cleaned an no one came- I had to wipe down myself Staff over all was ok!
