林茨市中心萊昂納多精品酒店(Leonardo Boutique Hotel Linz City Center)

Had a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und gerade im Sommer könntet Ihr die Altstadt in vollen Zügen genießen! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die direkte Lage einfach genial! Die Bedienung im Frühstücksbereich ist sehr freundlich und kommt aus Bulgarien. Tolle Lösung vom Hotel den Personalmangel zu kompensieren :-)

Trotz der rudimentären Renovierungen sinkt die Qualität: mal wieder Probleme beim Check In. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls genervt. Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt ebenfalls mittlerweile zu wünschen übrig. Einige Duschen im 4. Stockwerk bedürfen einer dringenden Sanierung. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück nimmt auch vierteljährlich ab. Das einzige Argument für dind erneute Buchung ist die Lage. Schade eigentlich …

Hotel in pieno centro a Linz quindi comodissimo per visitare la città. Dotato di parcheggio interno (a pagamento) , l’hotel non dispone di ristorante. La colazione è classica mitteleuropea e comunque si trova tutto. Le camere non sono grandissime ma c’è spazio a sufficienza e sono bene insonorizzate. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

The temprature in the rooms was 27 degrees....asking the reception to reduce was not successful. as you cannot open the windows in a lot of rooms it was not comfortable to sleep. The rest of the stay (rooms where clean, breakfast OK, staff freindly) was quiet OK.
