恩裏卡國家度假村別墅酒店(Hotel Villa Enrica - Aeolian Charme)

L'hotel Villa Enrica si conferma uno degli hotel più belli di tutta Lipari. Le camere sono confortevoli e molto pulite. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. La piscina a sfioro è stupenda,vi è un bar dove poter pranzare o bere qualcosa.La signora della reception è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile Consiglio assolutamente

Alloggiato in una Junior Suite caratterizzata da una vista incantevole sul porto e su Lipari centro. Camera molto confortevole con qualche piccolo particolare da sistemare che però non hanno nessun impatto sulla fruibilità e piacevolezza della camera. La notte c'è sempre una piacevole brezzolina in camera per cui non abbiamo .ai utilizzato l'aria condizionata. Il balcone coperto con vista sulla piscina e sul porto è godibilissimo sia durante il giorno che la sera. Una location fortemente consigliata con l'unica avvertenza che c'è una salita di 200-300 MT per salire alla camera (noi abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter per la vacanza e siamo sempre arrivati fino alla camera in scooter). Ci torneremo.

Location davvero stupenda, vista mozzafiato e finiture di classe. Il personale è sempre cordiale ed estremamente disponibile. La colazione si presenta ricca e di qualità, valore aggiunto il fatto che ti tenga compagnia una piccola tribù di gattini. La cena nel ristorante convenzionato (Chimera) propone piatti non convenzionali, ricercati, di pregevole fattura e con porzioni appropriate. Consigliatissimo.

It's a very convenient hotel as it's outside the center but not too far (15 minutes walk) The view is great from the hotel and it's quiet. The breakfast is marvellous but the most important thing i'll not forget is the kindness and helpfullness of Ben and Michela who really took care of our problems (late arrival of luggage) and were always giving great advice. We felt much more considered as relatives than as customers. Definitely, we'll come back to you if we're back in Lipari. Thanks again and take care

Stunningly white with lovely suites, a grand terrace, infinity pool overlooking a busy harbor, staff ever-present awaiting to make a reservation or call you a cab. Manager Ben’s team was right on it. A plentiful European buffet to get started on you’re busy day.

Arrived for a restful two day break to find the hotel had organised an 18th birthday party that evening right infront of our room. The party planners had also taken over the pool area late afternoon and it was impossible to relax as they shifted furniture and barked instructions to each other. We asked to be moved but when nothing happened packed up and asked reception to order us a taxi so we could move elsewhere. Took a while. They charged us over £200 for the pleasure of not staying there and as an after thought offered us a room at their sister hotel which we refused due to dodgy reviews. Our break which included moped hire was ruined and we felt cheated, ripped off and really annoyed The welcome was pretty poor too. Dumped us at our below average room and couldn’t get away quick enough. Give them a wide berth. The place is outside of the centre and the shuttle bus will only take you down the hill if you go to the hotels designated restaurants. Owner refused to return our cash but the experience was so poor we took the hit. Won’t be returning.

The view from the pool is stunning. The staff was a little pushy at first in terms of directing us to partner restaurants for dinner, but overall they were very helpful and respectful. The pool although beautiful is a little damaged and not always completely clean. Our room was a little smelly when we got in, but still a nice and clean room with amazing see view. Overall it’s probably the best option in Lipari but the hotel which is remote could do more to facilitate transit between the hotel and city centre

Fantastic hotel and the views are to die for. Staff all really helpful and couldn't fault them. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Infinity pool well worth talking the time to try out. Room was lovely and really big bed and only gripe was the shower which was snall

We stayed four nights at Villa Enrica and enjoyed every minute. The staff is very observant, friendly and helpful right from arrival to the end. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the terrace is stunning overlooking the port and town. Furthermore we enjoyed the lovely pool with the view from the hill. We didn’t need to plan trips from home as the hotel provided competent and spot on advice and assistance contacting the trip providers. The room was spacious and the cleaning both inside and outside is done to perfection. The hotel also offers a highly recommendable dinner solution with a nearby restaurant including free shuttle service. Our stay was pure indulgence and we definitely want to come back.
