洲至奢選里斯本皈依廣場酒店(Convent Square Lisbon, Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel)

Cet hôtel fraichement rénové a énormément d’atouts : Emplacement central excellent prêt de tous les transports publics, des magasins et d’un grand nombre de restaurants. Petits déjeuner formidable. Les œufs Bénédict d’une qualité inédite. Nous avons passé notre vie professionnelle dans un grand nombre d’hôtel et l’on peut compter sur une main le nombre d’endroit servant ce produit avec une telle perfection. Le buffet aussi brille par le niveau élevé des produits notamment les jambons séchés. Calme total des chambres donnant sur le cloître. Aussi très bonne isolation des portes vers le couloir. Très bonne literie. L’architecture intérieure en harmonie avec ce bâtiment historique contribue à une atmosphère des plus agréables. Le personnel souriant est aux petits soins. Comme seuls points négatifs : les chambres pourraient être un peu plus grandes pour le niveau de prix demandé et le push marketing nettement trop agressif et vraiment gênant du groupe IHG. C’est ainsi que l’on vous fait signer à l’arrivée un document sur la politique de confidentialité (cookies). Nous avions déjà constaté ce comportement avant avec les rappels constants de la politique de points et de primes du groupe.

My wife and I stayed at this incredible property last week, and it was by far the best hotel stay we've experienced in Europe. The property itself is immaculate, and interestingly was originally a religious convent built in 1242. The designers preserved so much of the original architecture, you feel like you've taken a trip back in time, yet the rest of the design is full of modern touches throughout. No detail was overlooked, even down to the color pallets, which we learned are symbolic of Portugal's rich history and heritage. Our room was very spacious, totally soundproof, and the bed and linens were amazing. We woke up well-rested each morning, ready to explore the city! The restaurant was amazing and our breakfast each morning was one of our favorite parts of the day. We really enjoyed the tea ritual in the afternoons as well. The staff (Sonia, Larissa, and Nuno in particular) were not only incredibly accommodative, but gave us so much personal attention throughout our week with them. We learned so much about Portugal's history from them, and we were very grateful they were willing to spend the time to share it with us. Sonia and her colleagues really made us feel like family. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip to Lisbon! Thank you all!

Séjour d’une semaine, tout était parfait . Hôtel magnifique, chambre superbe, la literie comme dans un nuage de coton, petit déjeuner délicieux , personnel adorable et très professionnel. Situation idéale, en plein centre du quartier historique de Lisbonne, nombreux restaurants et magasins. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Excellent Hotel - perfect position - first class service and facilities. Small but usable gym and a nice indoor pool and spa area. The staff went above and beyond- the concierge very helpful in suggesting vista and restaurants - we will return.

It’s a new hotel located in the center of Lisbon. About it comes with a thought from the design through the atmosphere and the great service We We got a large room with great facilities Stuff all the stuff were very polite and helpful giving us directions up to recommend us restaurants

The Hotel is, logistically located in the center of Lisbon within walking distance of many points of interest. Upon arrival, we had an outstanding service, from the beginning Ana Gabriel checked us in our room was ready. Ana Prieta, the concierge was there to help us out with tour options and other sightseeing in the area as well as places to eat. The first option was the excellent hotel restaurant. Our 7-day stay was an adventure, thanks to Ana Prieta who suggested a private tour with Joaquim Fonseca to Fatima. Joaquim was superb, he also took us to Nazare and Obidos. Joaquim’s full of knowledge of the areas (walking Google). Our day was so incredible. Also went on TUK TUK, and Ana Prieta got us Francisco Fonseca who was terrific and full of knowledge. We are very grateful to your staff Ana Gabriel, Ana Pimenta, Diana, Ana Rita, Rachel, Rita, Marco, and Ana Maria from the restaurant, and also to housekeeping, Catarina who always had our water, coffee, and our room clean. If we left anyone out, please consider yourself included this was a team effort from the day we arrived until we flew back home.
