上城區銅之藝術公寓酒店(Bairro Alto Bronze of Art Apartments)

Attention, il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement mais d'un sous-sol aménagé. Sans fenêtres dans la chambre, ni dans la cuisine, ni dans le couloir. Uniquement deux fenêtres donnant sur le trottoir. D'ailleurs la rue est mal fréquenté : SDF, drogué, puis le train qui passe à deux pas avec un bruit pas possible. Impossible d'aérer le sous-sol. Trop de bruit ne permettent pas de dormir. La déco est jolie mais pas fonctionnel. La clim' fait trop de bruit donc nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser. Très mais très peu de place de rangement. Pour 4 personnes tout est resté dans les valises. Le proprio communique avec beaucoup de snobisme. Les vacances pourries... Attention : D’après l’article L1331-22 du Code de la Santé Publique, « les caves, sous-sols, combles, pièces dépourvues d’ouverture sur l’extérieur et autres locaux par nature impropres à l’habitation ne peuvent être mis à disposition aux fins d’habitation, à titre gratuit ou onéreux ». La location d’un sous-sol est donc strictement interdite. Mais le proprio s'en fiche royalement !!!

We loved our stay; three mid-50's American aviation professionals in Lisbon for a five-day birthday celebration. Communication with Nuno, the manager was amazing. Super easy check-in and out. Great accommodation, great location, loved it all. Only thing I would say to a future renter is if you are very noise sensitive, this is not a quiet place. It's weird, not street noise, because I live on 6th Ave in NYC, it is just people noise talking and walking around upstairs. At one point, I was taking a nap and woke up thinking people had entered the apartment because I could hear their conversation so clearly from the upstairs loft bedroom. Another time, I could hear the upstairs neighbor emptying the dishwasher and heard every single dish get put away. We all commented about how little soundproofing there was, it seemed to even come through the windows. I am just mentioning it because a light sleeper could be bothered by this. We were not.

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is functional and clean and the host Nuno very concerned that his guests should have a good time. He provided us with a lot of useful information. We would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement très bien situé, propre. La communication avec le propriétaire est bonne.

We arrived to a freezing cold and very damp apartment (the one called Iron). It was so damp that the linen, towels and carpet was wet. We did not get any help with that. The bedsofa was delicat designed to look at but was terrible to sleep in, and we are not picky when it comes to extra beds etc. We didn't get any help with that either. Nice looking apartment but the stairs up is extremely steep. Location ok. The host wasn't quick on answering and we didn't get any kind of compensation.

Great location. Extremely clean room. Very hard mattress. Room was different than in picture. Similar but smaller. I recall the room advertised parking. Not included, was 20 eur per day 5 min walk. Location of hotel was amazing.
