väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal men många gånger tog saker alldeles för lång tid i onödan i baren och restaurangen. Vi fick vänta väldigt länge på att få beställa varje gång trots att det bara var vi där och fyra ut personalen stod och pratade. Rummen är fräscha och nya men väldigt mörka och saknar tillräckligt med belysning vilket gjorde de mörka och lite svårt att se sina saker ordentligt. Das Personal ist Weltklasse!! Freundlich, zuvorkommend,Hilfsbereit. Das ist Essen ist eine andere Dimension von Entdeckung der Kulinarik und mehr als 5 Sterne Wert. Das Hotel ist sehr Sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Ein kleiner punkt fehlte uns, z.b ein kleiner spa bereich. Aber das hat unserem Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst Danke an das gesammte Team von Art Legacy Lissabon.

The front desk staff are the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever encountered on our trips around the world! We would have liked a peep hole in our door. Breakfast is good, but not consistent. There were days when the was very little smoked salmon available at varying breakfast hours. It should be replenished. Also, the french toast was a hit and miss for fruit on top. We both ordered it and one had abunch of fruit and the other didn't. If we ordered gluten-free, it came out so much better, lots of fruit and gourmet in appearance. For the eggs benedict, the hollandaise was barely warm., multiple times. This is such a cool and new hotel! We would return over and over again!!!!

The Art Legacy Hotel Lisbon is like no other! The experience is 5 star from booking to checkout. The hotel itself is beautiful, unique, quality and surprisingly spectacular. The staff is outstanding, friendly, professional and extremely helpful in every way. The restaurant under the leadership of chef Pedro Mendes is outstanding and in our humble opinion one of the best we have visited, well worth a visit whether you are a hotel guest or a day tourist. We recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned as well as the art features which surprise and delight, the standard of housekeeping is excellent and in general this hotel is as close to perfect as you will find. Outstanding! Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, easy walking distance to all the tourist areas. Service from every single staff member was top notch from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms are stunning with amazing decor, comfort and amenities. The breakfast which is a combination of buffet and a la carte was plentiful, delicious and served like a fine dining restaurant. This hotel checks all the boxes. Will definitely be back on my next stay in Lisbon.

Great new location opened dec 2023 - 53 rooms Breakfast was included Near parking right back but we used valet 5 star accommodation with 5 star service - impeccable - almost as good as four seasons ( the staff for the first 2 days were a bit more attentive )

Just Wow! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with the most incredible sight of luxury & elegance. Every single member of staff go above & beyond for your every need & they couldn’t be more friendly. The rooms are magnificent, comfortable & so well put together. The breakfast is incredible with options to suit all. I booked the hotel for a very special occasion & was not disappointed at all. We were genuinely sad to leave.

This hotel is beautiful, swanky, classy, modern, classical, elegant, luxurious, sultry, fun and quirky all in one. The entrance leads to the cozy lobby and reception desk area on the right and a gorgeous bar and restaurant on the left. First thing you will notice upon entering are the wonderful furnishings by design firm Moooi which are unlike any I have ever seen in a hotel. The bar was tended by mixologist Pedro who served us delicious cocktails while speaking to us in perfect English. The service by all staff is friendly, attentive, courteous and unpretentious. The entire staff went out of their way for us. For example, I told the manager on duty that we would not be able to have breakfast due to an early tour time constraint and he offered to have breakfast boxed up for us to take with us to the tour. Marcello came at the promised time and delivered the box to our room. Must request this the day before though. Our room (508) was beautifully decorated (again Moooi) and furnished albeit a bit tight compared to US standards. Great colors and design. Bed was firm which wife loved and I could do without but the bedding we both loved. AC works well. There is a mini-fridge. There was no road or city noise in our room and it faces the non-street side of the hotel. Fresh air available through bedroom and bathroom windows. We opted for an included breakfast which was truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Our breakfast waiter, also named Pedro, took great care of us and explained the buffet items and even offered to have additional food items (included with breakfast price) made in the kitchen for us. The buffet had fresh and ripe fruits, various breads, meats, cheeses, sweets, teas, coffee, and flavored water. While at breakfast, staff member Beatriz recommended that we eat dinner at the hotel later that day so we made a reservation. The menu was inventive and the food beautifully presented and well prepared. The manager on duty had extensive wine knowledge so we let him recommend the wine for us. The wine menu is quite extensive. The chef came by to make sure we were satisfied which is always a nice touch. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole experience and I am certain this newly opened hotel (late 2023) will soon rocket to the top of the Lisbon hotels TripAdvisor rating list.
