奧利斯波城堡酒店(Olissippo Castelo)

Très très joli hôtel, facile à trouver avec une vue incroyable sur la ville! Tout près d’un des miradors avec la + belle vue de Lisbon! Le personnel a été à l’écoute, on avait demandé une surprise pour la st Valentin, moyennant un petit prix nous avons eu droit à des roses et du vin ainsi qu’un late check out. Tout était très chouette, petit déjeuner complet!

We were very disappointed with the room allocated to us. The photos and detail seems to suggest all rooms face the same way with beautiful views. Hence we booked room without a terrace at least 3 months in advance and paid in full. On checking in we were allocated a room facing block of apartments. We had also kindly asked in advance if we could have a room with a nice view but were told they will try to do so. Obviously a brush off, it seems its first come first serve. We paid the price of a room without a view because our flight was delayed and we arrived in the evening. Maybe the hotel needs to change the description and photos to also inform of the two rooms 106 and 107! Very disappointed as we were there to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary.

Superb location, very helpful staff, room was spacious, spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough - they even let us store our luggage between checkout and leaving for the airport a few hours later so that we could enjoy our last afternoon in Lisbon. Beautiful, quiet hotel very close to the St. George Castle. Very modern and upscale. Room was cleaned daily and very spacious. I had a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the city. My rate included the breakfast buffet which was nice, and the bar was open until 11pm so easy to grab a nightcap to take to the room. The hotel is right in the heart of the area near the castle and a few doors down from the hotel was one of the best restaurants I've tried in Portugal. The only drawback is that Ubers can't come through the gate at the bottom of the hill so you have to walk down there to catch one, which was only an issue the day I left when leaving with my luggage (had to drag it down the hill to meet the car). The private car that brought me there was allowed to come all the way to the hotel door, though. Highly recommed!

We loved, loved, LOVED this hotel. You know how the website pics are usually so much better than the reality? Not this time - those gorgeous views and photos of the hotel are exactly what it's like. Staff is just wonderful, and breakfast is fabulous (took us a few days to realize it came free with the room!) Get a room with a terrace; it's worth it. It's a hotel where you want to hang out there, not just sleep there. Very close to castle and to bets views in the city. It's up a hill, so if that's an issue, might not be for you. But all of Lisbon is hilly. Hotel near historic #28 tram.

Staff was welcoming and helpful to answer any questions. Room had all the amenities and amazing view of the city. Breakfast was a lovely and simple buffet to start the day. There are elevators to the other floor levels. The location sits on a hill - be prepared with good walking shoes - limited transportation options directly to/from the hotel. Aside from the walking, enjoyed the charm and hospitality during our stay at the hotel, and would gladly return.
