I stayed for 2 nights, and suffice to say I will stay with you again. I was in Room No1. I would like to point out three issues that need attention. 1. The light switch toilet and shaving light switch, is defective. It needs attention before an accident happens. 2. The power outlet behind the bed needs somebody to look at it, it’s not safe. 3. I sleep with a sleep apnea machine, I had to use my extension cord from the Microwave outlet to sleep. Please do not take these issues above as a complaint, just advice. Yours Gary

The two room family room was ideal for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. (Some bricks need attention but still suitable). Proximity to town centre was ideal. It is not a new motel but it was freshly painted. Would stay again.

We requested two single rooms preferably side by side The booking form stated no payment required Before leaving home I called to confirm the booking and at that stage a credit card was required On arrival we were not offered two single rooms but one double Clearly our booking was not as requested

Rooms were clean, shower hot with great pressure and kids loved the clean pool. Bed was firm and not saggy at all.

Very run down. No one on site. Check in was a text message to say there was a key in room. Pool coping broken and unsafe for kids. Spa all broken. Showers like public toilet with same hand wash dispenser you’d find in one. Rooms needed an update about 25 years ago. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Cleaner was friendly and did job well in tough conditions.

Check in process while on the road, including ordering a meal for my arrival was excellent and just what was needed for an overnight stop in the middle of a road trip. Appropriately priced for the age and style of the facility, exactly what I expected. The only reason I can't give a 4* rating or better is that the bed in my room was way too soft and uneven and needs to be replaced urgently, so I didn't get a great sleep.

Received a text during the day regarding the checkin and dining arrangements but had not read it before we arrived as we were driving. Surprised to learn there was no dining room service but all meals were to be delivered to the room and meals had to be pre-ordered. Couldn't get the time we wanted but the meal arrived on time and was OK. Bed was comfortable, furnishings were sp**** (crockery stored in the microwave) but overall a satusfactory stay.

I have some concerns about the electrical power point next to the bed in room 10. It is a nonstandard power outlet that is not comparable with Australian power cords. Fortunately I had a three metre extension cord which I ran from the power outlet in the corner of the room. If I could not use my sleep apnea machine the consequences could potentially be deadly. Lastly I could seem to use the electric jug to boil water. The mechanism appeared simple enough but did absolutely nothing even when plugged in and the switch at the base of the jug flipped.

Quite clean. Nice to have a break between Sydney and Melbourne. It’s just not many restaurants around and the motel restaurant closes early. I arrive 6.30pm and it’s closed already.
