小石城萬豪酒店(Little Rock Marriott)

Valet very quick and helpful, everyone was lovely. Hotel was clean and room was clean. It even smelled good when I walked in! And not like chemical air freshener either. Food from the restaurant was ok, but better than most hotel restaurants. Netflix didn’t constantly log me out. WiFi was fast. Will stay here again.

Room smelled like toilet may have overflowed at some point and carpets were not properly cleaned. Valet was so backed up they told me to leave keys in car they would get to it. No help with luggage. People at ck in was not friendly. One lady checking in said maybe they weren’t ready for friendly! Will not stay again.

Understaffed, I Waited 35 minutes for valet to bring me my car when I was ready to leave otherwise staff were friendly.

The hotel was very accommodating to our volleyball group of girls. With the vallet, online check in and wonderful staff, it made our trip so easy to get a baby and group of girls in and settled.

This was a great hotel. We went for dance competition and the event venue was connected to the hotel so we did not have drive anywhere. Great restaurant. Nice rooms.

Great location, clean & comfortable. Parking is the only issue. $30 a night for valet or about a block or so walk to self park.

If you like comfortable sleep, don’t stay here. If you travel as a family and require two beds, you will be sleeping in full size beds that feel about like concrete with pillows that aren’t much better. There is no parking so you either have to use valet or park blocks away and risk your safety walking back. Let’s face it, Little Rock is not a safe place. The valet guys are very nice, but it takes a very long time to get your vehicle when you need it. They did put small fridges in the rooms, but there is no microwave.

Hotel needs a refresh. Sink did not drain. Room wasn’t clean. Lights did not work. Very run down.
