Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο και ένα μεγαλύτερο ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!!Φρόσω μας αγαπημένη, μας υποδέχτηκες με μεγάλη χαρά και ευγένεια σαν να είμαστε οικογένεια σου.Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου και η θέα στη χώρα και το Κάστρο είναι μαγική.Μοντέρνα αισθητική των δωματίων, άνετοι χώροι, στρώματα και μαξιλάρια που σε κάνουν να κοιμάσαι σαν πουλάκι.Καθημερινή καθαριότητα, άνετο πάρκινγκ,πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και σε λίγα λεπτά είσαι κοντά στη χώρα.Όσο για το πρωινό, απλά καταπληκτικό!!!Ξυπνάς κάθε πρωί με τη μυρωδιά βανίλιας-κακάο των φρεσκοψημενων κέικ και όλων όσων φτιάχνει από τις 6 το πρωί η ιδιοκτήτρια!! Αγαπάει πολύ αυτό που κάνει ,αλλά και ξέρει να φιλοξενεί και να φροντίζει τους πελάτες της. Ήταν μια απολαυστική και ξεκούραστη εβδομάδα. Υπέροχη Αστυπάλαια, υπέροχοι άνθρωποι!!! Πολλά μπράβο στην ιδιοκτήτρια για την άψογη φιλοξενία!τρομερό πρωινό με απίστευτη θέα και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια με όλες τις ανέσεις.αν ξαναβρεθούμε Αστυπάλαια δεν θα σκεφτούμε καν που θα μείνουμε!Τι καλύτερο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις την χώρα και το κάστρο!

Si definiscono "boutique hotel" e sono semplici studios. La prenotazione con i filtri Booking "fronte spiaggia" e "cancellazione gratuita" è scorretta perché la spiaggia è ben distante e la cancellazione gratuita non esiste in quanto al momento della conferma finale ti ritrovi già con una penale pari a metà dell'importo da pagare. La "spiaggia privata" offerta nei servizi chiaramente - vista la distanza dal mare della struttura - NON ESISTE. Quando, dopo aver prenotato 4 notti ed esserci resi conto della quantità di informazioni false, abbiamo chiesto la cancellazione senza penale, Booking ci ha rimbalzato e l'host si è rifiutato di concederla addebitando metà dell'importo. Obbligatorie, a questo punto, le vie legali. Per noi è un NO grande quanto l'Egeo!

The room was exactly as we expected and as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and its balcony has a fantastic view of the port and Chora. Easy to park a car outside the hotel at a quiet area. The breakfast was of the highest quality, fresh and homemade, and coffee served was even better than at a café. Special thanks to Mrs Froso and Tatiana for being so friendly, helpful and warm. They made our stay extremely pleasant.

Beautiful room, recently renovated, with a fantastic terrace and sea and Hora view. Very good breakfasts, outside on the terrace at the top with an amazing sea and Hora view. Thanks to Froso for finding some soya milk and lactose free yoghurt, much appreciated! Very clean, big thank you to Nyra who does a brilliant job. Froso and Tatiana sorted out a couple small issues in the room at the beginning of our stay, thank you and they are ready to help with advice and information with trips and exploring. We had opted for the dinner included, which was good value, even when we opted to try a few other restaurants on some nights. Note that the partnering restaurant Mistrali is near the harbour, but it’s only 10 mins walk away from the hotel. A really lovely, relaxing and quiet stay, thank you to all at Ixthioessa.

This was not a boutique hotel or at least the room I was offered, I came in early season and hotel was still undergoing maintenance in mid May, the room I gave was not a boutique level quality. I can’t retrieve one of the pictures I took but the kitchen that proves the point, grout in bathroom was clean but dirty and stained overall impression was of an average hotel. Breakfast was not available as advertised at the hotel, but was offered a half mile away approximately at a restaurant where I had to wait for the owner before I could get food, something like 45 minutes, asked the owner for a partial refund of last night and she refused it

Great hotel for a stay in Astypalea. The most beautiful views, great service, everything was perfect. Efrossini, the host, is the soul of the hotel, makes you feel at home and takes care of every little detail. Breakfast (at the beautiful terrace) is delicious; Efrossini prepares herself everyday great baked goods and any kind of coffee you like. Everything is perfectly clean, the room was big and with an amazing view of the Chora. The location is great, walking distance to the village and all it has to offer.
We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon.
