普斯帕德斯利物浦1號公寓式酒店(Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel)

Visited Liverpool for our annual Christmas shopping trip and wanted something a bit up market to make it special. Booked this on the back of the name, pictures of the rooms and a price of £300 per night. The location is great, right in the heart of everything but thats where the positives stop. The parking at the location is a nightmare, very tight to navigate and extremely difficult to manoeuvre for longer saloon vehicles. Ghere is no warning of this in advance. It is also quite dingy and regularly has restaurant and hotel staff pushing trolleys through. At £15 per night on top of the room rate, I thought this was excessive. We were in room 15, we noticed straight away that the lounge window was defective and didn’t close fully, this caused a lot of street noise to get in. This was reported but not actioned. As we spent more time there we found more and more defects and noticed just how tired the property is. This includes:- Hole in plaster wall in bedroom Hole behind mirror in bathroom not fully covered. Very damaged bin in en-suite Missing sealant in en-suite Shower door not closing in en-suite Cracked tile in hall Damaged mirror frame in lounge Cobwebs on lounge ceiling Kitchen units damaged and ill fitting Loose tap in kitchen. Tatty window frames throughout property Yellow and black tape on damaged floor in lobby All in all we were disappointed and felt the place was in need of an overhaul, not at all posh and overpriced. Posh pads were contacted for their comments but no reply was received

Great location with everything you need - super comfy beds, great living space, well equipped kitchen, will definitely come back. Special mention for Nathalie on reception who was super friendly, helped with all our requests, gave great recommendations for where to eat, and was always smiling. She is a credit to the business!

First impressions were good. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Apartment looked good at first but when you look closer it could definitely do with a bit of improvement. Door and window handles loose/broken. Sealant in bathrooms needs replacing. Sofa not great, stains on it. All just looks a bit tired. Great location, close to everything. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room at the back of the holding. Road outside is very loud with both vehicles and people all night long. Didn’t get much sleep at all during our two night stay

Great clean hotel and very central. Would definitely stay again. Staff were very smiley and helpful Easy car park Home bargains and Tescos were just a 3 minute walk We done the magical mystery tour about the beatles and I would recommend it 😗😗

Our recent last minute stay was excellent! Very spacious and clean apartment’s with everything you could possibly need for a family stay. Ideally located for exploring Liverpool with the addition of parking (chargeable). All the staff we met were extremely helpful, polite and happy. Highly recommended

Stunning penthouse didn't want to leave out this world amazing stay could of lived there we stayed in on the Sunday my partner cooked we chilled it was such a beautiful stay loved every minute of it and definitely will be returning just love this place ❤️ perfect

Modern, comfortable and very spacious accommodation only in the heart of Liverpool. Very clean and fully equipped accommodation. Relatively quiet too, considering the proximity to roads, bars and shops. Very comfortable beds. Very warm in winter, but opening windows if needed. Secure parking available. Only downsides were, 1. No hot water if you wanted to get up early 2. Size means you need lighting on all of the time. 3. Poor condition of some furniture, especially the sofa which was worn out and should be replaced. 4. Very hard to locate the Hotel and Car Park if you are driving to the venue and don't know central Liverpool.

Posh pads is in an excellent position and is within walking distance of the shops and all local attractions. An added bonus was being able to securely park the car at the apartments for £15 per night. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and are a great asset to Posh Pads. The apartment itself was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Inside the apartment is very quiet as there is a no noise policy between 9 and 7. However, there is street and traffic noise outside which is to be expected in the centre of Liverpool. So don't forget to bring ear plugs if this will disturb you. 10/10 Posh Pads, a great place to stay.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. 24 hr reception Near to all shops, restaurant’s cafes. Plenty to choose from. Went on the Beatles bus tour which is well worth doing. Went to Junk yard golf which was very good. Blue light card accepted. Will definitely visit Liverpool and Posh pads again.
