迪克西迪恩酒店(The Dixie Dean Hotel)

Vi fick en chock över hur stort rummet var och att badrummet innehöll ett bubbelbad och två vanliga badkar. Sängarna var himla sköna och frukosten precis det du vill ha. Dessvärre var rummet något slitet med fläckar på heltäckningsmattan, slitet golv i badrummet samt avlagringar från bubbelbadets rör som vi själva fick rengöra. Hotellet hamnar dock på plussidan i det stora hela.

Hotel antigo, banheiro horrível, os banheiro são feitos para cadeirantes e praticamente não saia água. A fachada e dentro do hotel chama atenção porém banheiro pessimo e quarto com cheiro de poeira e velho😔

Et lunt og fint hotell med en hyggelig betjening. God frokost og en flott bar som serverte flotte og smakfulle drinker. Kan anbefales.

Helt okej! Var lite fläckar på någon handduk och på golvet. Men det var ingenting som spelade någon större roll.

Fantastisk hotel alt var/er bare i top. Ikke sidste gang vi kommer der😊

Very quirky hotel. But good value lovely staff and a great central location. We parked under the Shankly Hotel opposite which was £15.40 for 24 hours - there was plenty of space. Breakfast was nothing special but it did the job and was served with good grace.

We booked to stay for a friends suprise 30th birthday. We booked a room for 8 people with 4 double beds (there was only 4 of us). Upon arrival we checked in and went to our room only to find out there was 1 double bed and 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. We went to recpetion to query why we had been given a smaller room. We were then informed that our origianl booked room the shower was broken so we had been moved to alternative room to avoid being outsourced to a different hotel. We queried why this hadnt been mentioned at check in literally 5 minutes ago and asked if there would be any compensation for being put in a smaller room, it felt as though the staff were hoping we wouldnt notice (also wonder why we hadnt been prewarned before check in). We were then told 'you can have the room with a broken shower or the smaller room thats your options'. We were very unhappy about this and a different staff member sorted a room the size we had origanally booked which we were grateful for. The room was nicely decorated but deffo on the worn side, there was food on the bathroom floor and the door handle kept coming off from the inside of the bathroom. The room was large and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was nice but it took 20 minutes before we could get a staff member to order a hot drink. The location is good within easy walking distance to most things in liverpool.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In a great part of town and very convenient for any activities/ amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
