This hotel was all nonsmoking. When I checked and wanted to show my confirmation prepaid, the clerk wanted to double charge me for a huge amount of money. I prepaid $167. They additional charged me $257. I asked then why so much. She claimed it was for potential incidentals. She Not realized still that I prepaid for the room. I later went back and Daniel saved the day and was able to reverse the charges. But what i experienced during my stay was horrible. Folks right down the hall were smoking cigarettes and other controlled substances inside the room. Thank God the windows in my room opened up. I called down to the desk to report others smoking pot in the hotel down the hall. I did not want any thing to do with that stuff. It sounded all night and through much of the morning a ghetto banging car driving around with sounds of multiple people entering and exits the same rooms. The rooms to my right and left(171/167) in the morning after they left appeared to have someone gasp with "OH my God". From what was left, the smell of poop and urine were very prevalent. The room to my left appeared to be recording my room as I heard back squelch from a device placed against my wall. I tried my best on Thanksgiving day to get some time to sleep. That night I left my cap in the bar area, when I went back it was gone and not turned in. Then checked out. Daniel was at checkout and I reverified the reversal charge. I thanked him for helping me. Many rest7rants were closed around the place. However it appeared their restaurant had good food.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures & just a warning to anyone they charge 75$ per night as deposit so make sure you’re not low on money checking into here.

Room was clean and roomy, front desk was very helpful, overall a very pleasant experience

In addition to my prior review. Our “upgraded” room did not have a working fridge or microwave so it was awesome waking up to all of our groceries for our trip spoiled! Every single part of the hotel experience was awful, from checking into a clearly not cleaned room, to the alcohol consuming pool party, to the awful **** smell for my children to have to smell. Would never recommend or return. Want management response as soon as possible

We were pleasantly surprised at the niceness of the hotel for the great price that we paid. Room was not so big but decently updated & well lit. Pool was small but very enjoyable. Front desk supplied us with plastic spoons when we forget to bring & gave me clear instructions to find the ice machine that wasn't clearly labeled on the door. Loved that the alarm clock could be viewed from 3 sides! Hallways were quite. We had a few issues but didn't discuss it with the staff as we worked around it: 1) TV didn't have so many channels 2) fridge didn't work (we didn't bring too many perishables so we just put whatever we had in the ice bucket with ice) 3) sink had a crack but still drained nicely 4) hook behind bathroom door was missing (hung our towels someplace else).

It was great. Everyone was nice. Beautiful pool. Couldn’t find the fitness center. They def need more signs. I was completely lost. Con The continental breakfast was 22 dollars and all they offered was fruit and cereal and muffins * but it was all you can eat ( eyeroll) * Would have purchased one item but it was a buffet? Odd. Coffee and tea was free

I work in nearby Short Hills and the area was calling for snow and I had to be in very early the next day so I booked this hotel in quick reaction to the weather forecast. I would do the same again, it was safe, convenient, clean and affordable.

Although the hotel has renovated and we got a renovated room. The service was not great. At 8 am the housekeepers were so loud and obnoxious. Literally there for a break and rest and the fact that they are yelling and speaking so loud first thing plus they can just just a rubber door stopper to keep the door opened they would bang the door to smack so loud first thing in the morning was disrespectful. We would always stay here but this is our last time. Truly disappointing!
