Very good

Exactly what I expected -- clean, conveniently located, nice room and bathroom. I liked the walk-in shower. Not as eco-friendly as I hoped. Towels were changed almost daily despite the fact that I hung them up. The day before my last day, all towels and toiletries were4 changed and replenished. The breakfast bar had no fruit! It was amazingly sp****. The front desk saffed a 24-hour food/snack bar which was very nice. But it was almost entirely junk food. Limited outlets for devices. No USB ports. I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge my phone over night and have it by my bedside. There were no instructions as to how to access the TV menu.

The water was yellowish brown in the shower, the guy in the room next to us hacked all night. Very thin walls. Smelled like **** in the hallways. Very nice staff. Overall not great, but the staff was friendly. The water being brown was the worst thing, and not everything felt super clean. It was also very loud outside.

This hotel is awful. They had to change my room because the first room was freezing cold. The 2nd room had a roach. I didn't stay any longer once I saw a roach. They refunded me, but this place is just nasty. Don't do it.

The hotel is dingy and creepy, smells terrible. Bed skirt and curtains had nasty stains. Sheets were clean at least and the bathroom was nice. Staff was nice enough. Coffee was awful!! Worst continental breakfast have ever seen.

The sheets on one of the bed was dirt, wall wall dirty. Pube hair on bathroom floor. There was no mold or bed bugs. Staff was friendly. I left early because the guy next to me was super loud and banging on the wall for no reason. Apparently not a good area? I thought that part of livonia was supposed to be good but oh well. I wouldn’t stay again for that price.

Despite being told 6 times at check in there’s no smoking, our entire floor reeked of ****. Something had been spilled under the bed (it looked like a chocolate milkshake?) but wasn’t cleaned up. The mini fridge was left unplugged which isn’t a big deal, but it had some sort of bacteria growing in it so when we opened the fridge it left a smell in our room. Our window was able to open up all the way and had no screen, so anyone could easily jump/fall from our third floor room. The staff was nice and the room was fine for three broke college kids on a class trip for one evening, but definitely won’t be going back.
