Charming hotel in the countryside. Eccellente restaurant.

Hvorfor får man aldrig det værelse, som var på billedet, da man bestilte...? Værelset var ret lille og vi måtte flytte rundt på møblerne for at få plads til vores to kufferter. Mangel på hyldeplads på badeværelset. Dejlig restaurant!

Fin miljö runt hotellet hotellet och god mat. Rummen rena men delvis slitet och dörrarna gnisslade. Något lyhört. Något dyrt med tanke på rummets storlek. Men mycket charm

An authentic hotel with view on a lake and the perfect service! The hot tub & sauna with view on the lake were the cherry on the cake! Also the restaurant was TOP! And breakfast as well. I enjoyed it a lot.

Den Gyllene Abborren - this arrangement is one of a kind. You have a close dinner with people you dont know. So it is max 12 persons. The food is outstanding. The level of the food quality is in 2-3 stars. Local based supply. Nordic Kitchen in non-standard way. The wine is on the safe side but also in high quality. I let the pictures do the talking ...

This was a VBT (Vermont Bicycle Tour) stop. What a treat! Our room was great! We had a sitting area with a couch and desk. Bedroom was nice with a double bed. No fan but that is the case for most inns. I believe this inn was built in 1902. We were treated to a micro brewery discussion and sampling in the basement. Dinner was phenomenal and the chef blew it out of the park with all dishes: I had the tomatoes with burrata, the beef and the creme brûlée . The wines paired with the meal were spot on!

An absolutely beautiful hotel by the lake. We had a comfortable suite converted into a two-bedroom. Free tea and coffee in the room's building. We also had a magnificent three course meal of duck, trout and pannacotta in the restaurant. Definitely a five-star experience.

We enjoyed our stay and the phantastisch dinner we hat!

Lovely located. So peaceful! Great ambitions with excellent food served on expensive china (Villeroy and Bosch). Staff was very friendly. On the negative side the bedlinen was cheap and comforter in synthetic material. Not ok for quite an expensive place.
