Absolutely beautiful hotel, majority of the staff were excellent apart from a couple of abrupt ones who I felt weren’t very welcoming. Sorting room restaurants food was excellent, presentation of food again to a high standard. Apart from one abrupt waiter a lovely enjoyable evening.

Ideally placed hotel (though not if you have a car, want to drop off luggage etc... Cardiff is a Car-Nightmare!)
Stylish foyer... all very impressive. Comfortable bedroom, great shower, and thick walls meaning little noise.
Breakfast was fine too.
Only drawback was that on check in the assistane said one thing, and did another. Said that we were pre-paid... but then took a holding deposit of £50 PLUS the cost of the room. On check out they wanted to refund just the £50 to us... and it took 3 staff to sort out a simple error.
Not a major gripe but just a bit annoying when you just want to be up and away.
Would we stay again... well yes we would.

Stayed in room 424 very clean and tidy , only issue was the noise all night from either an air conditioning unit or kitchen fan , couldn’t be ****d to change room as we were late from work and tired, we ate in the restaurant and food and service was 5star, cost of room was a little pricey considering the noise .

The hotel was beautiful! It was close to a shopping mall and restaurants as well. The castle is near by and it is an amazing site to see. The amenities in the hotel are endless. The hotel was clean, the staff were super friendly, the rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Staff service was excellent, cleanliness excellent, breakfast mediocre, the hot dishes only kept the food warm not hot it was no worth the price charged. Location good
