羅賽爾旅館(Rosaire Guest House)

Warm welcome on arrival a very friendly host, parking not an issue, close to town, room clean and more than adequate storage, breakfast all fresh ingredients and plenty of choice, Joanne and staff could not be more helpfull all in all a lovely place to stay.

We returned home from Llandudno after spending 3 nights at Rosaire Guest House. From the initial telephone call I made to Jo, we knew it would be a lovely place to stay & we were not disappointed. We arrived early afternoon & parked in the spacious parking area of Rosaire. We were greeted by Millie at the door & we were shown up to our room (Room 9) - up 2 flights of stairs, but we did not mind that. The Guest House is about 10 - 15 minutes away from town centre, ideal chance for us to get to know our bearings after being away from Llandudno for 4 years. Weather while we were there did not disappoint either, heavy rain Tuesday night but nothing else during the rest of the time. Wide variety available at breakfast (served between 8 a.m. & 8.45 a.m.) The cooked breakfast done to order, choice of pastries, cereals etc for continental. My over easy fried egg was cooked to perfection, the other ingredients were perfectly cooked for us as well. Room 9 has got a very comfy double bed (warm & cosy) slept very well. Living area is the other end of the room, so there are 2 definitive parts of the room. T.V. was the ideal size for us & well filled hospitality tray. You can always ask for more if needed. Bathroom is a decent size, not squashed in at all. Thank you Jo, Millie & staff for such a brilliant stay & made us both feel really welcome. Diolch yn fawr (Thank you very much).

Fantastic B & B. The owner Joanne is lovely, welcoming and told us to treat the house as our home. The rooms are lovely, the whole house is absolutely spotless. Joanne's two assistants (her Cockapoos) were extremely welcoming . As for the breakfast, we have to say it's one of the best we've had. The only negative we have is we had to come home. We will definitely be returning.

If you want the best place to stay when in Llandudno; Rosaire (and I promise you, you are in for a treat). Perfect in every way. The location, garden, building, parking, bedroom, comfort, size, lounge and breakfast rooms, food; and what a choice, the welcome, hospitality, all add up to the best. Then when you add all the little extra luxuries; heaven. Our only regret! we could only stay one night and leaving this glowing review because now everyone will want to stay here in the future - Just hope you can find room for us in August Jo and 'Mum' xxxx

Me and my mum stayed for a couple of days . It was a lovely place the room was spotless and Jo was lovely and looked after from start to finish. I would recommend the Rosario guest to my friends and I would definitely go again

So glad we found this gem of aguest house. Joanne was so lovely. She rang us to say our room was ready early. She made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent. Lots of little extras like gowns, propper coffee, wine glasses. The breakfast was very tasty and she made whatever we wanted. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to llandudno

Tastefully decorated, spacious room. Good choice at breakfast time. All the team were helpful and polite and made it a relaxing stay. It was only a short walk to all the town centre attractions and the hotel was on a quiet residential street so parking was not a problem. I would book again!

We spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic, Joanne is a lovely host and made myself and my 6yr old grand daughter very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and two comfy beds. The breakfast was brilliant a cold buffet and full cooked breakfast too we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully we will return next year for a few days, my grand daughter loved it too.. Thanks Joanne keep up the good work 👍😂
