Great little hotel, friendly and helpful staff Great customer service never stopped in a move friendly hotel nothing was too much for the staff

Great value for money…all basic needs catered for… friendly and efficient reception staff… good location… near the beach and coastal path.. we will return when in the area… First time we have used Premier Inns and really impressed with the efficiency

I recently spent Monday to Friday at this hotel as I was working in Kidwelly. From the moment I checked in I was greeted by a lovely helpful receptionist who was very informative, throughout my stay all of the colleagues I met were lovely and friendly. My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s close to the beautiful St. Elli’s Bay, pub next door has a beautiful lake and the food was lovely. Breakfast was very much enjoyed also. 10/10 would certainly recommend

They were very welcoming. The restaurant, next door, had amazing food and drinks. They were very polite. Premier Inn made sure we were comfortable and happy. Inside the hotel room, the beds felt so cozy and warm. I went to other Premier Inn's, and their service was not good as this one. I would recommend this hotel.

As soon as we came in, we were welcomed by a nice lady at reception, so very kind and polite and understanding to us, and whenever we wanted anything, every single time both staff members were quick to help and satisfy us. The staff at the brewers were even more kind and helpful, and let us helped ourselves to take the food with us, would recommend to anyone, doesn't who or what you are, they'll welcome you with warm arms

Although the place itself is nothing particularly special, the rooms are perfectly comfortable and the staff amazing. Particularly a lady called Muffy who went out of her way to make us welcome. I think it's safe to say that we'll be back very soon.

I stayed whilst the carten 100 was on. Having a family member race it was easier to follow half way through his tide than from start to finish. Lovely little hotel. Cleanliness is spot on and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Will be back down in the summer again. Looking forward to it.

The hotel maybe small, but the warm welcome from the staff is huge. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the Brewers Fayre pub next door does a great breakfast, with lovely views over the lake and park. There is ample parking. Before we arrived, we had a call from the hotel to confirm our visit and to check if we had any requirements which was really helpful, as they advised there was no lift and we needed a ground floor room. Our whole stay has been brilliant, would definitely recommend Llanelli Central West.

Despite being made to a formula, Premier Inns are not all the same! After an horrendous stay at Premier Inn London Harrow (probably my worst hotel experience ever), PI redeemed themselves with a joyful stay at Llanelli West. Visiting for a friend's birthday there weren't many options open to us, so we hoped that this was a very different experience than our last. From the start it was so much better - a warm and friendly greeting (rather than a Harrow grunt) from a very helpful receptionist, a clean room in which everything worked and with 2 towels! The bed was very comfortable and the night staff also helpful. All in all it was a great experience from this budget hotel that revitalised my opinion (still avoid London Harrow like the plague)!

We stayed for one. Out on Easter Sunday as we were heading to the racing at Ffos Las as part of our Easter weekend break. We’d planned to arrive early and head over to the station to get the shuttle bus but we were too late (all our own doing)! Anyway our attempts to get a taxi failed but the fabulous chap on reception tried all the local taxi companies until he eventually got Justin (who was an absolute legend for the day!) and we were finally away in plenty of time. When we got back in the evening we checked in, our room was good and sizeable, comfy bed and pillows, great value for money. We didn’t have breakfast at the sandpiper but hubby had some snacks before bed which were just the job. A great stay, super, super staff.

Great hotel run by super positive and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms as always. Very central to Llanelli and the M4. With a very nice Beefeater right by a lake. I’m now running out of stuff to put as it has to be a minimum of two hundred

Great location with decent size car park, clean rooms and spacious, friendly receprion staff. The best thing was the shower. Beds are a little firm but was a decent night sleep. We travelled for a gymnastics competition so it was just the one night. Would use again
