The staff member we met was wonderful- couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is due an upgrade. One negative is the soundproofing- very poor. We could hear the person upstairs at the bathroom.

Absolutely lovely hotel, with very attentive, friendly staff. Our family room was huge! The waitresses at breakfast very kindly brought my daughter gluten free toast and sausage.

Fab little stay at villiage hotel Chester. Nice staff. Poor signage over parking leading to us paying to park and didn’t need too! Is very small on the sign and when raining not visable, plus when I called was told I had to pay to park!!
Bar was cold and the other seating area leaking. Needs some work clearly.

This hotel is in need of a refurb, and is nothing like the other Village hotels. We stay regularly as it's an affordable options conviently located to family for quick trips, but last night had to be the worst. Standards have slipped, I don't normally review, so here's me going out my way to make a point at how terrible the experience is.

Outstanding service and an awesome hotel.
The staff went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome; especially Gemma and June, who were incredible when we needed an issue resolving prior to our stay.
The hotel is perfect for families and couples.
Everything is on site, the bar is friendly and comfortable, the pool is great and our family room was huge and perfect.
The location was excellent and just a short distance from the city centre and the zoo.
Thank you to all all St David’s for making our stay so enjoyable.
