真的很好的經驗和里面的暴躁食物。令人驚嘆的屋頂，但它只能工作到晚上 8:00。靠近海灘，但如果你的窗戶在俱樂部街前面，可能會有一些噪音問題））

We last stayed here 2 years ago. This stay wasn’t at all good stone cold poor quality breakfast. The TV didn’t work for 3 out 4 days we were there. No cable. Rude woman on reception. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unhelpful just really for coach parties for 1 night then get out .

Bel hôtel avec tout à proximité, l'accueil à été rénové avec goût, l'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable, beaucoup de choix au self, un peu répétitif, le point négatif, la literie, il serait bon de la changer, mauvaise nuit, mal de dos au réveil. J'ai demandé un oreiller supplémentaire je ne l'ai pas eu.

Stayed a weekend, 1st bedroom we was allocated stunk of damp so was moved to 214 and that was great, but the breakfasts were so disappointing. The sausage was still pink inside, bacon not cooked properly scrambled eggs were very wet. So food was definitely zero stars

Nos alojamos 4 amigos en el Hotel y creo que ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles que he pisado en los 25 años de vida que llevo, atención del personal, trato al cliente, chicas de pisos, chicas del restaurante, el bar avana… todo un 10!! Como punto negativo nos hubiera encantado y nos vamos con las ganas de haber cenado en el rooftop, cierran a las 7 la cocina y entonces solo te queda el bufet si no quieres salir del hotel, ya que aunque este en el centro de la ciudad y en una de las calles donde mas gente se puede acumular estas completamente en otro lugar!!! Me voy quedándome con las ganas de haber probado algo del bar de arriba!! Volveremos….

The hotel is situated right by the roadside and can get very loud in the evenings. It’s also quite close to other hotels so guests can see into your room. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and standoffish during our entire stay. The hotel was generally clean and the room was dated but spacious however they gave my husband and I a room with 2 single beds. They were also unwilling to change our pillows which were hard and uncomfortable. I enjoyed the meals however, some of the fruits were stale. Although we paid for half board, we were only permitted one small glass of juice with our breakfast and had to pay for our dinner beverages. There were loads of flies in the restaurant which was quite off putting; guests were fanning them away during meals. There was a strong air fresher scent in the hotel lobby. The staff value the customers in roof top club more than the other guests. The hotel should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. We felt unwelcome were miserable during the entire stay; I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Impresionante absolutamente todo. El personal todo maravilloso. Las instalaciones buenísimas, el bufet expextacular Tuvieron un detalle espectacular, con cava incluido. Uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado. Volveré seguro

I've booked for next year and tried to change the booking. They don't answer the phone or mails. Poor communication. I think next year will be the last year. Several mailadresses I've tried and several phonenumbers, probably they don't answer from abroad Spain.
