雪松林汽車旅館(Cedar Grove Motel)

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The room itself was not the cleanest. The sheets were covered with multiple stains and we ended up not sleeping under the covers. The room had multiple mirrors that were broken as well. Just not very clean.

Location was great, clean, comfortable ok, not updated, shampoo offered not good. Better when its shampoo and separate conditioner. No hairdryer.

It was a little dirty needed to be open dated didn't ask for the room with the heart shaped hot tub but was given that room so we used it and the water didn't drain out tv sounds keep kicking off . Good area other then that

Room was very dirty and out dated. Hot tub would not drain. Would not stay there again

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they could NOT accommodate me. Desk clerk told me that he had notified ******* at noon, Oct.9. explaining that my room had been destroyed by the previous occupant. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS!! Could not find another room in Altoona. Ended up cancelling my plans for the evening and driving back home, (2 hour drive.) Someone dropped the ball and it will affect which company I deal with in the future. Thanks for nothing.

Couldn’t give review on property. They canceled reservation thru *******. ******* didn’t inform us of this. Plumbing issues with our room.

I had a reservation through ********** I called let them know what time I would be arriving and they had given my hotel room away and I had nowhere to stay and had to sleep in my car because of the location everything was booked I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was out of town and I asked why I didn't have my reservation and they told me it wasn't their problem and if I wanted I could call back and talk to him on Monday very disgusted would not recommend ever booking through them

It was fine for the price. Little outdated but had everything I needed.
