Had to search for staff so we could check-in. 20 minutes later he finally came down from upstairs. First night of our stay we couldnt sleep due to person in room next to us, pretty sure was staff, was on the phone loudly from 11pm until 145am.

Very nice very clean. Our bed was uncomfortable but otherwise very nice facility. They provided a light breakfast of eggs, pancakes and sausage, pastries, yogurt and juice. Would stay again

The property was under construction. There were buckets of paint and plaster everywhere initially upon my arrival. They did clean it up but the carpets were full of paint dribbles and were dirty. The breakfast area was marginal. Though the counter was clean, the tray under the juice container was full and gross. The ice machine in the hall also did not look well maintained. I was afraid to get ice out of it but other family staying there said it was fine. The rooms themselves were clean and nicely taken care of.

Negative Points 1. The room had a musky, insect bug spray smell. We recommend air fresherers. 2. There is no Wi-Fi in the area. 3. There is very limited good dining options in the area, mostly fast food. 4. The bathoom was small and the towels were like scractch pads. 5. The allow pets. A few doors down from ours was a dog that barked loudly. Noise nussuaince to other guests 6. There is limited interior/exterior cameras. The premises, especially near the rear of the building, is poor abd feels unsafe. We we arrived there were some shady characters. 7. It was odd tbat we had to turn in the switch by the door in order to turn on the T.V. And there was ni Wi Fi password accesuble. Positive Points. 1. The beds were increddibly soft and confirtable; we got fantastic sleep. The linens were silky soft 2. The front desjj was very nice, friendly, and accomodating. 3. The motel wad close to Wisconsin Dells, Ho Chunk ******, and other attractions. 4 The rates for our stay and location were reasonable. 5. The pool wad clean and well maintained 6. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained 7. They had addequate handicapped accomidatiins

Somewhat dated. Some upgrades underway but slightly messy property. Stayed several times over last couple years and pool has always been closed for maintenance.

The room was clean, the towels were fluffy enough and the coffee at breakfast was surprisingly good. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.

Carpet appeared very dirty. Beds not made on mutiple day stay. Toilet seat loose. Hair in shower drain. "Clean" towels were provided daily. Couldn't get microwave to work. Did not use the pool as the water appeared cloudy. We are seniors and having to carry luggage to the 2nd floor was a little rough as there are no elevators. This was one of the worst places we have stayed at.

I’ve stayed here before and it was a nice stay. This stay was nice as well but I’ve noticed that upkeep and maintenance is being deferred. My room had some minor concerns that should be addressed. The trim on the dresser/tv stand is peeling off, open outlet behind the chair, blood stained bed spread, 2 queen size headboards on the wall but king size bed, bathtub faucet constantly running.

A lot of traffic in and out next door cause vehicle noise until late in the evenings. I was on the first floor and could hear other guests walking in the hallway and stairs more than a standard Quantity Inn. The walls are thin.
