來自住宿之回應: Thank you for your review and comments which I would like to answer - I apologise that it will be in English. I have copied your review below in order to answer in detail: Services to be improved The services were not at the level of accommodation (presidential villa which was top of the top) No daily water bottle Note to all readers: Puri Mas gives ALL rooms a Gallon of water which holds 19 litres. This is also given for FREE to all guests regardless of which room type you stay. This water is also replaced IF you finish it at our expense. I have to say that I believe this is exceptional service from a small boutique resort. We do this intentionally to save plastic on our precious island. I apologies but have to say that I believe this should be appreciated by our clients, and not a complaint that we do not have small plastic bottles. People complain about the rubbish here in our island, but then encourage the use of single used plastics!!!! Cleaning not done one day but we made the request Our Housekeeping clean ALL rooms daily. During the busy high season August - which is your stay period, I can guarantee that the staff would have been later arriving to your villa, and perhaps had not come early enough for you - but there is no way we would not have cleaned your room but perhaps just not immediately. No daily beach towel change We make this very clear to ALL guests - we only replace towels, bed linen and beach towels every three days regardless of your room type. Why - again you are staying on an island which is doing its best to conserve energy and reduce waste of water etc. This should be made clear and we would hope understandable by tourists - this is not New York! It is Lombok Island.... Laundry so expensive !!! Do not have your laundry washed!! It's overpriced! Piece counting..... Yes again it is expensive - but it is extremely time consuming to wash clients laundry because we also do our own in house linen etc. In order to prepare guest laundry correctly we have to charge more - there are options to take the risk of having it done outside which guests are welcome to do if they feel our in house price is too costly for them. But it's still an amazing place. Thank you for saying so - we appreciate this and hope you can understand a little more about island life, and appreciate all that we are trying to do to keep our Lombok in the best condition we can. Cocktails were served to us at the villa thank you Our pleasure - we will do this for all our guests - particularly as we offer buy one get one between 5&7 PM. 來自住宿之回應: Dear JohnnyCLondon Thank you very much for choosing Puri Mas Resort. We are always happy to receive reviews and especially happy when our guests have enjoyed their time with us. We have taken the decision not to offer a TV any longer and in general people seem happy with the policy. Noted regarding the mini bar which is a policy for many hotels now as they do cause many issues when it comes to payment etc. which is why so many hotels have opted to just providing a fridge. There is a very handy supermarket across the road from us where people can purchase small items of soft drink and snacks if they wish.
