One get surprised from the title and the opposed rating, the rating is simply for not enforcing a dress code after all Intercontinental chain is a five star rated hotels and should not allow people to have breakfast wearing pyjamas and even worse a lady was having breakfast in her white bath robe!!!!! The rooms are clean, needs bit of modernisation, and double glazing as the noise level was very loud, the lobby bar service is good so is the food, the breakfast could be better and richer ( very poor fruit selection, frozen knafeh re-heated). despite all the place is fun and recommended probably not in high seasons

We checked in on 20 March 2022 they told us the hotel is fully booked and only 2 rooms at 335$ per night , I checked online the price is 175 after tax, this is not acceptable Also the room they gave us has no view and no internet So basically we were ripped off and paid double for less the value Not again we will tell our story to all our group to avoid such miss treatment and unacceptably

Very welcoming hotel excellent service staff warm facility clean room clean spacious we book there everytime we go to faraya and it’s so practical in winter n very enjoyable in summer . Close to everything and kids enjoy the play areas a lot .

We booked two nights at this amazing hotel/resort. They took special care of us when they found out we were honeymooners, not only with the beautiful room setting, but also wherever we were, at breakfast, at their restaurants and at the spa. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place with a professional team. I’d like to express my gratitude to Mr. Ibrahim, Mrs. Waad, and the rest for their amazing and welcoming hospitality. It’s a nice hotel that I would recommend to anyone seeking a calm and pleasant experience

All in all our stay was amazing but we encountered some issues like when the electricity goes the WIFI is down and a hotel like yours should manage to have a UPS to keep the WIFI up and even make sure that electricity in the elevators are on!! A feedback try to install solar panels where you will be more sustainable and at least in summertime you will not have any outages!! Also the TV channels in the rooms were not good at all we were not able to watch anything at all!! Again the service was great the staff were amazing and the food out of this world!! I would recommend my friends to go up to your hotel but again I encourage you to take care of these small things to make a better impression!!

We stayed at intercontinental faraya, which became our home away from home, the room was perfect, the friendliness of the staff specially reception , the food was perfect very professional. Especially Emilia at the reception was very welcoming. The weather was beautiful highly recommended.

On est passé ce matin prendre deux cafés en terrasse: 2 dbles expressos commandés, 2 petits restresso servis froids, sans un seul mot d'accueil, et deux malheureux petits sucres. La seule réponse au café arrivé froid "on est à la montagne". Prix environ 9 euros. J'invite la Direction de l'établissement à venir prendre deux vrais cafés dans l'hôtel où je travaille en Bretagne un vrai 5 étoiles : 3 mignardises maison avec chaque café, de la vaisselle de chez Rosenthal, un plateau en argent, un accueil personnalisé, un peu d'eau chaude pour rallonger le café et le tout pour 5 euros par personnes.
