隆波克6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Lompoc, CA)

The room was a little run down and in need of maintenance. The shower is permanently leaking and the constant dripping of water corroded the tap. The sink is missing a waste trap, and the fixtures have chips or damage.

I have stayed at many Motel 6 never have I stayed at one this bad. We where down stairs first, our AC was not working so we moved upstairs. The room was not clean. We where tired after our almost 4 hour drive. The next day left around 11 went sightseeing to Solvang rented the room for two days. Heard the housekeeper going around assumed our room would get cleaned for back around 8 just to notice our room was not serviced. Called the front just to be told well u have to request room service if you want it. Excuse me. Was told if I need towels etc to go to the front desk for them. Horrible.

The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly! The first room I got had no sheets, blanket, or pillow cases. There was also only one towel. I contacted front desk and she apologized, stated housekeeping may have forgot and they left for the day. She gave me another room, but the fan/AC wasn’t working and it got hot up there. The room also slightly smelled like cigarettes. My stay wasn’t very cozy, but I do give credit to the nice lady at the front desk and her good customer service.

Room and possibly the entire hotel needs to be renovated. The showers were falling apart. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy and the room smelled like mold. Staff was great though!

The front desk was not courteous to us while we waited to be recognized. They did not offer any directions or information, did not offer receipt, and the rooms that we reserved did not have the items in them that were requested. It seemed that they had no training in hospitality services and dealing with public.

No heat in my room, they tried to fix it but didn't happen, offered me some blankets, never ever again at this location.

The room smelled so strong of bleach it burned. Beds were very uncomfortable, no hot water, no air conditioning, no place to put your things.

No hot water, shower head did not work, and no toiletries in bathroom. Also, AC and fan did not work.
