阿列西餐廳酒店(Alessi Hotel Trattoria)

Location,location,location! We loved it! If you are looking for a nice hotel at the town center, this is the perfect one! Breakfast is really nice and you can have it outside with a lovely view. Hotel is renovated,spacious, air-conditioned and quiet. Staff is nice. Absolutely recommended

Fabulous location, just off the main square and the bars/restaurants. Boats/ferry virtually on the doorstop, so never had to go too far if we didn't want to. Train station about 15 mins walk away, easier downhill, not so quick on the way up with bags! For some reason I was expecting a smaller family run hotel. It seemed to be much bigger than I expected and that 'family feel' was lacking unfortunately. Majority of the time there was no one at reception and other than one staff member (or family) the rest seemed pretty uninterested. The hotel room was brown and although had 2 windows, looked onto the back of the building making the room felt quite dark. It was quiet though as long as the windows were closed and the room was clean. A continental breakfast was included. We were there for a week and unfortunately after the first couple of days there was no fruit available and from day 3/4 most of the breakfast offerings were mostly gone at least half hour before breakfast ended, which led to a few disgruntled guests and a few leaving still hungry. Other than breakfast, we did eat at the hotel a couple of times. The food was nice, though I felt a bit overpriced. Service was good on the first occasion but pretty indifferent on the second occasion. It felt like the owners' priority was on running the restaurants, which were busy, both at lunchtime and evening. The hotel was very convenient but overpriced for what it offered...but then I guess we went peak time...! I don't think I would rebook the hotel if I was to go back to Desanzano.

Siamo arrivati x caso ho chiesto una camera x 1 notte il signor Bruno molto simpatico disponibile mi aiutato con l auto(c’era un evento di ciclisti con tutte le strade bloccate ) abbiamo pranzato tutto buono albergo piccolo ma coccolo pulito consiglio a tutti

Abbiamo fatto un weekend con mio marito, e devo dire che è stata un esperienza favolosa .relax pace.. la camera suite con vasca idromassaggio in camera era la fine del mondo. Sicuramente per una scappata di puro relax è da tornare!! 1000 PUNTI Abbiamo cenato anche alla trattoria e nulla da dire.

Bonjour, Nous sommes venus avec ma femme à la période de Noël. L'hôtel est super, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chambres en hauteur donnant sur le restaurant sont juste magiques. La cuisine est excellente, et le personnel est très aimable et classe. Nous avons eu la suite Dubaï. Si vous voulez passer un moment unique en amoureux, nous vous la recommandons. Merci à l'hôtel Alessi. Buongiorno, Siamo venuti con mia moglie durante il periodo di Natale. L'hotel è fantastico, siamo stati accolti molto bene. Le camere in alto con vista sul ristorante sono semplicemente magiche. La cucina è eccellente, e il personale è molto gentile ed elegante. Abbiamo avuto la suite Dubai. Se volete trascorrere un momento unico in coppia, ve la consigliamo. Grazie all'hotel Alessi.

Albergo centrale stanze larghe un po' troppo vintage pulite bagno pulito vasca molto grande ma bisogna stare attenti a non scivolare colazione normalissima mangiare passabile il personale gentilissimo.

Déception totale. Horrible ! À fuir. Les chambres de l’hôtel donnent sur le restaurant (rue et cour intérieure). Le niveau sonore est insupportable, extrêmement bruyant, impossible de dormir ! C’est inadmissible, ne correspond pas au descriptif annoncé.

Una vera sorpresa! Hotel non nuovissimo, ma camere carine e molto pulite. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e molto gentili, staff professionale. Posizione ottima, in centro con possibilità di parcheggio privato. Consiglio la cena nel loro ristorante dentro la corte, buon cibo, ottima carta dei vini, location molto bella con cucina a vista ed atmosfera perfetta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Assolutamente consigliato!

🇮🇹La mia esperienza a Desenzano sarebbe potuta essere più piacevole. Mi hanno affittato una piccola camera singola a 70€ al giorno (il prezzo originale era 100€), ma non meritava un centesimo. Mi hanno affittato la stanza senza prima controllare che tutto funzionasse correttamente. Un problema dietro l'altro: l'acqua sporca del rubinetto, l'acqua della doccia accumulata nel box doccia perché intasato, il televisore non funzionante e...le formiche in stanza. Il proprietario dell'hotel, a gestione familiare, non si è comportato onestamente nei miei confronti, infatti non mi ha neppure avvisata del malfunzionamento della TV dopo aver controllato. Quando ho esposto il problema riguardo le formiche, il fratello Oscar, il proprietario del ristorante mi ha accusata di averle portate io. Come ho fatto, senza aver cibo dietro? Le uniche persone gentili con me sono stati Sara e i ragazzi che lavorano come camerieri nel ristorante, sempre disponibili. La famiglia dei proprietari maleducata, cafona e arrogante con la puzza sotto il naso. Posso dimostrare il tutto con foto e video. 🇬🇧My experience in Desenzano could have been more pleasant. They rented me a small single room for 70€ per day (the original price was 100€), but it was not worth a penny. They rented me the room without first checking that everything worked properly. One problem after another: dirty water from the tap, shower water accumulated in the shower stall because it was clogged, the TV didn't work and...ants in the room. The owner of the family-run hotel did not behave honestly towards me, in fact he did not even warn me about the TV not working after checking. When I raised the problem about the ants, brother Oscar, the restaurant owner accused me of bringing them. How did I do that, with no food behind me? The only people who were nice to me were Sara and the guys working as waiters in the restaurant, always helpful. The owners' family rude, boorish and arrogant. I have photos and videos.
