The surrounding around this property are gorgeous. The property itself has so much potential. But the staff I dealt with were not caring or helpful. The room we stayed in wasnt like the pictures was laid out way different. Also the room had lots of sewer flies throughout the room. Tile floor was extremely slippery and slipped and landed on my back.

Only a 15 minute taxi ride to downtown, very close to Western. Room had twin beds and two piece bathroom, no shower. Building is old, no elevator. Coverlet on bed was stained. We just needed a bed for the night, as we were out all day.
Perfect for that.

I liked that you can have coffee and tea whenever you like and the proximity to University hospital was very convenient. I had a medical test scheduled for 4:30 am in the morning and staying at the Guest house made that experience so much better. I will definitely stay there again.
I felt safe and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Very good location for us. Free coffee in the morning and nice breakfast room with clean kitchen and fridges to use.

Came into town for day surgery from out of town, and this was the perfect place very near the hospital. It was quiet, and the room was nice. Share bath, but I didn't mind that. Wifi was good. Very good value for the $.

Close to hospital, clean friendly..
Cons tv issues and a window that wouldnt close..Hannah the receptionist went beyond trying to help..never heard from management..overall it was a nice stsy

It was very reasonably priced: basic, but clean and peaceful. Nice to have a fridge, micro, and dishes in the suite. Comfortable mattresses. It didn't feel commercial; it felt more like a retreat.
