舒適酒店(Comfort Inn London - Ontario)

房間又窄又臟。由於門被鎖定，客人和前台人員被困在外面 10 分鐘。 來這裏參加考試，但更喜歡住更好的酒店。

Stationnement devant la porte de la chambre, mais chambres petits.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Parfait pour une nuit.

The room was clean and warm The staff was friendly and helpful Price was reasonable Would definitely stay again

We were greeted with smiles! I had just had a procedure on my knee, and needed a main floor room. No problem! We will return!

Staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great.Room was tight with big furniture. Room was dated and well worn. Enamel was worn off the bottom of the tub. Close to White Oaks mall and if you are looking for just a place to rest your head. This establishment is worth looking at.

Basic Comfort Inn with usual breakfast. Room was mostly clean, the tub was old and not suitable for a bath. Bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock properly. Gross stain on couch, I told staff when leaving, they said they would check it out. Bed leaned to the middle. We had to walk the entire 3 section to our room, no trolley to help with luggage, no elevator.

Nothing really unique just nice staff good accommodations. I asked for early check in and they worked hard to make that happen. Thank you

Unfortunately our assessment and rating is primarily based on the lack of cleanliness and the matter of not carrying out any room service (because we didn’t ask for this)! As I was preparing to leave the room to check out I noticed a plastic bottle under the bed which appeared to be half filled with “tobacco spittal”, which had obviously been missed by the room service team. It was also apparent that the area under the bed had not been cleaned for a long time! The location was suitable.
