倫敦帕克酒店(The Park Hotel London)

The staff were nice. The livingroom floor had what appeared to be stone. It was scraped up, not a big deal, i did notify staff. The bedroom rug was not clean enough for me to feel comfortable doing my exercises there. The hotel had quiet hours from 10 to 6, however night life in area was loud til at least 1 am.

This is my first time back at the park hotel in roughly 3 years and will definitely be my last. I would avoid this hotel at all costs if you are travelling with children, especially on a weekend. The music from across the street is so loud (until 2:30 am) I could hear it despite wearing ear plugs. Upon arrival to our room, it was VERY evident that the previous guests had spent the night smoking cigarettes in the room and staff clearly knew about the situation as the window was left open to “air out” the room. This is unacceptable, especially when travelling with a child under the age of 1. After travelling many hours in a car, all we wanted to do is get comfortable in our room but instead we had to take the extra time to switch rooms. There are absolutely no accommodations made for people travelling with children, there are no offers to provide a pack n play, crib etc. The elevator rarely makes stops to the upper floors, so prepare to wait a very long time. I was so frustrated at one point, I took the stairs instead. The text message support they offer to hotel guests is useless, I never received a response and the phone provided in the room doesn’t provide a direct line to the front desk. Instead, I had to take the time to call the hotel from my cellphone and listen to the very long menu before being connected to the front desk. In the room 2 towels were provided despite there being 3 guests. Dirty and dingy is how I would describe the park hotel.

The hotel room was amazing - clean, orderly, quiet The hotel staff were courteous and professional The only thing that I did not know about what the overnight parking fee - I typically do not stay at hotels with parking fees. If there was no parking fee in the future - I would definitely return!

We are on the fifth floor for Saturday night. There are restaurants around that’s blasting music very loud. I’m not feeling well and have not slept all night. I was looking forward to sleeping but unfortunately that’s not possible. Extremely disappointed.

It was great. There is hourly parking available around the hotel. I could not locate a water fountain but the hotel staff was kind enough to fill my bottle using the employee fountain. L

Overall very good. Nice breakfast for continental, very friendly staff and clean place, family friendly. Easy to access everywhere from this location
