倫敦霍爾本普瑞米爾酒店(London Holborn)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est tout simplement incroyable, à quelques minutes à pied de Saint Pancras, Bitish Museum et Trafalgar Square. L'hôtel lui-même est totalement insipide, avec une réception terne, des chambres spacieuses mais tout aussi ternes, une salle de petit déjeuner sans fenêtre. Le jour de notre arrivée, le système informatique de l'hôtel connaissait de telles lenteurs qu'il a fallu attendre longtemps pour se faire attribuer une chambre.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I have always trusted Premier Inn and stay very regularly; you come to expect a certain standard of cleanliness, safety and service with the brand. On arrival, I noticed mould around the window and a damp smell in the room. (Photos show the mould). It was awful. I went straight to reception but they couldn’t do anything as the hotel was full. I was offered a free breakfast as compensation but I felt the issue could not be solved with a free breakfast and didn’t want them to think that was sufficient recompense. I had also made other plans for breakfast. The receptionist said we could move rooms the following day but we would have to pack our bags first thing and leave them in reception. As we had valuables and electronics, I didn’t want to do this either, as we were out for the whole day and evening. The photo attached shows how bags are stored in the reception area so you can see why I chose not to take this option. Bags were left on show and in view of the street outside with open access through the main doors. No staff were on reception or in the lobby on a very regular basis during our stay so bags are simply left unattended and not securely stored. I complained via the website on my return and was given a £63 refund against a total cost of £265. To me, this is unacceptable and in no way reflects the level of discomfort and uncleanliness we encountered. It completely spoilt our stay. I will never stay in a Premier Inn again.

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I had to sleep in the bath tub!!!! Also what looked like blood and vomit stains on pillow and duvet!! Reported bed but receptionist not interested! I put a complaint in online on 1st Jan and got an acknowledgment saying to give it 20 days. It’s more than that now and I’ve heard nothing.

Première fois pour nous dans un premier Inn et franchement pas du tout déçus ! Aux premiers abords, l’hôtel me fait un peu penser aux motel américain. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, à 5 minutes de la station de métro et à 1 rue d’arrêts de bus. Le quartier est secure, même le soir nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Notre séjour s’est déroulé sans accros, nous sommes arrivés dimanche vers 13h et avons pu bénéficier d’un Early Check in. Chambre très très propre ! Assez spacieuse (je m’attendais à plus petit) et très très bien insonorisé, nous n’avons pas entendu un bruit (ce qui est plutôt rare) pourtant l’hôtel était complet. Seul bémol… pas de possibilité d’entrouvrir la fenêtre et du coup la chambre était très humide malgré l’extracteur dans la salle de bain. La literie était vraiment extrêmement confortable, nous avons dormi comme à la maison ! Le déjeuner très copieux. Manque peut être un peu de 🧀 fromage… et du chocolat chaud pour les enfants. Personnel très aimable et serviable ! Vraiment en tout point, je recommande cet hôtel! Nous reviendrons !

What a fantastic stay we had last weekend! Me and my husband came to celebrate a weekend away and I was taking part in the marathon, and everything was beyond our expectation. From the friendly service from the lovely Sameera to the delicious breakfast to then clean and spacious room. The staff here are genuinely so nice and friendly it's hard to find that these days, but Sameera on reception and breakfast the next morning was amazing she even offered us some snacks for the marathon. The location is great, the wifi was a tad slow but overall our stay was great, definately staying again just need a few weeks to recover from the marathon😅

This is one the go to Hotel when around business. Sameera been the best. She been everywhere breakfast reception, helping luggage storage. A real asset to the company. Fantastic arrangement for Marathon runners. Wow really impressed. Well done Massive shout out to the whole team who arranged an epic welcome.
