Firstly, I would like to start by saying we have stayed at this Premier Inn a great many number of times and the following wonderfully amazing people have always been warm and kind, creating a home away from home feeling, gone the extra mile and made us feel super welcome; RAVI, MIT, ILEANA, JENNY (chef), FLORIN (chef), CHRISTINE (housekeeping), SYDNEY and ANITA, these shining stars deserve recognition from Premier Inn. This Premier Inn is well-located south of Wimbledon in Merton, with a free car park adjacent to the hotel. The nearest station is Colliers Wood. There is a Sainsbury's opposite as well as there being 2 retail parks containing Aldi, Lidl and various other shops and fast food joints within a few minutes walk. The rooms were refurbished last year and have the new cheaper style decor. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are mostly very clean; 9 out of 10 times the bathrooms are faultless. Clean bedding, towels, baylis & harding soap, hairdryer and other amenities are provided. Thankfully, we have not had much noise disturbances. The absolutely brilliant staff at this Premier Inn have always taken good care of us, especially the exceptionally kind Ravi and Mit and Ileana, and the super great Jenny and Florin at Breakfast, therefore we highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone on a budget needing a hotel in London with a free car park.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und warm. Anzahl der Steckdosen und der Fernseher sind super! Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig und das Personal ( Judith!) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht ganz so positiv ist die Entfernung zum Zentrum und die fehlende Klobürste.

Location of it is okay, like the fact there are close shops nearby, the room was good and clean and provided for all my needs. I was not concerned about any noise, however, it is near a busy road. The service and amenities were good, very much enjoyed the breakfast.

Very lovely service from anita very sweet and lovely and decent room very comfy beds and other than anita all other staff were very sweet but anita stood out the most

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, there is free parking and the northern line is only a 10 minute walk away, so it's convenient when visiting London and we've never had a problem here. We actually had to stay for a week this time in the middle of summer. The first room we were allocated was very warm, the air con was blowing cold air, but was making an awful banging noise and in the bathroom, the toilet seat was not actually connected to the toilet (how this was missed on housekeeping inspections I have no idea). Spoke to reception and was moved to another room and we were offered a free breakfast the next day. The new room was also very warm, there was cool air being blown out, but the fan speed on the control unit on the wall had no effect on fan speed of the air con unit and it was on it lowest setting. Mentioned this to reception again when we went out for the day the next morning, when we got back, there were 2 fans in the room, but seemingly nothing had been done to fix the air con. It made the room bearable but not exactly comfortable due to the constant noise of the fans, however we could not face moving rooms again. There were a few things that I feel should have been done better. As were were there for a week we asked for the room to be serviced in the middle of the stay, this was fine, but the following morning, the toilet paper dispenser ran out, the shower gel ran out, despite there being 3 people in the room, only 2 towels were left, again pointing towards poor housekeeping checks.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room, Premier Inn is usually our go to when staying in a hotel. Chose this site specifically because of the Free Parking. We were travelling with our 7 year old so the meal offers were useful for us. Quick access to the tube, we used Colliers wood as this was slightly closer than Wimbledon South. Hotel also had supermarket/shops/eateries close by. Only thing that was lacking was customer service, staff weren’t rude or unhelpful but it was missing something that we are used to experiencing at other sites

Clean hotel, reasonable price. Close to a tube station and shops. Breakfast was lovely. Travel cot was provided, which was very useful. Also, decent hairdryer! Judith :) was especially friendly in the breakfast room and very attentive. She was super helpful with the children. Thank you!
