帝王之家服務式公寓(Monarch House - Serviced Apartments - Kensington)

Excellent location right on Kensington high st. Near the metro station and lots of bus stops around. There's a waitrose right beside it which was just great and convenient. Walking distance from Notting Hill and Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly. We had a 2-br unit which was huge and clean. Complete kitchen equipment for cooking. The only downside was the timing, full renovation was going on at the entrance. They had to fully close it halfway our stay and we had to enter/exit through the basement parking which made it a bit of a hassle. Also, after check out, needed to use the toilet which apparently they didn't have. The staff merely told me "No toilet", shrugged and offered no alternatives whatsoever. This was before an hour & a half car ride to the airport so imagine my torture. If this was the case, having no public toilet, you should be prepared to have alternatives (e.g. where the nearest public toilet is at). The staff didn't offer help, they just told me "try the restaurants around".

Fantastic apartment accomodation. Situated in a private, secure area in High St the apartment had everything, it was modern, clean and had a great kitchen. Stayed with husband and 2 teenagers, enough space for everyone. 2 great cafes nearby for breakfast Meagan’s and Gail’s. Tube and buses on High St in walking distance. Wonderful staff on reception especially Andriana. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

We were guests in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Monarch House from 21 March to 3 April and the entire experience from booking the apartment to check-out was truly amazing. Want to thank Kisma, Davide and the wonderful reception and house keeping staff for being such wonderful and accommodating hosts! The apartment was probably the most spacious and well equipped serviced apartment I have stayed in. Loads of storage and hot water pressure … bliss! With supermarkets and specialist grocers situated along High Street Ken, we had everything we needed for a 2 week stay away from home. Thank you very much Monarch House team. We will be returning!

Monarch House is a gem tucked behind a busy street in Kensington! Great location with easy access to the tube station, grocery store (next door), parks, the Design Museum, and many cute cafes and restaurants. The courtyard is beautifully designed; it is so wonderful to walk through the area when we return from a day of exploring the city. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The reception desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the remodeling that is happening to this hallway area that is right next to our room throughout our 7-night stay. The sound of electrical drills in the mornings was not too pleasant, and the sight of construction/half-painted walls was not what we expected during a vacation.

We have stayed at the Monarch House three times. It is always a great visit. This trip was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and they truly make it a special stay. The apartment is nice, comfortable and in a very central location. There are three tube stations nearby and the Waitrose next door makes stocking up on essentials fast and easy. Monarch House will always be our place of choice in London.

Modern, clean apartments in a great location in Kensington. Easy access to the tube, busses, and amenities (right above Waitrose). Area feels safe and 24/7 staff were responsive and helpful. We had a 2- and 3-bedroom apartment for our group and they were spacious and well-equipped (bathroom amenities, kitchen supplies / tools for cooking, laundry detergent). A great alternative to a private rental and would happily return.

The lodging space was perfect for our multi-generational party of 4. Lots of comfortable space, two baths, laundry, and exceptional service from reception staff. It's a 20-30 minute cab ride to main attractions but very close to the train station. Also lots of nearby restaurants and an Amazon grocery store.

There was constant building/drilling noises outside of my unit for almost the entire duration of my stay. Monarch House didn't give any prior warning of this at any point and the booking was done directly through them. When asked for a one hour late check-out, which incidentally I have never been refused anywhere in the world, I was told that it is not possible. My family and I are regular visitors and have always booked Monarch House for our stays. It is very disappointing for a regular customer to not be granted an hour's extension on check-out. I will definitely be looking at other options the next time I visit.

I stayed at Monarch house for close to 4 weeks. It was recommended by a family member and I'll forever be grateful to them for that! I was in a one bedroom flat for a couple of weeks and then shifted to a 2 bedroom flat when more family members came in. Both flats were really, really big. I've stayed in several serviced apartments in London, and this place has the biggest flats I've seen - way more space than I expected - and the bathrooms were nice and big (not those tiny closet spaces that I've seen in other flats). The kitchen came extremely well equipped and was quite spacious as well. The flats very well clean and each area was extremely well maintained - they have a lovely housekeeping staff! The cherry on the cake is the excellent set of folks at Monarch House - whether it's Aun for reservations or the lovely team at the front desk/housekeeping etc. They always have a smile on their face and are more than willing to help with anything at all - extremely courteous to boot! Thank you Andrea/Simran/Angela for a lovely stay! The location is unbeatable - you can walk the length of Kensington High street any time. Holland park is right across and Kensington Gardens are very walkable too. Waitrose is literally next door. Despite being on the high street, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it's extremely quiet the moment you're inside the door - another big plus! If you're using a car or having someone pick you up, they have garage access as well. I need to go back again in April and this time I'm not looking beyond Monarch House - it's safe and comfortable and provides a lovely home away from home! I'm not surprised that Monarch house has many repeat customers.
