倫敦市機場旅遊旅館(Travelodge London City Airport)

広くて清潔、空港の近所なので早朝のフライトなど✈️に便利な立地 周辺はとても静かで落ち着いてます♪ 何より清潔で広い部屋は最高。

런던시티공항을 이용하기 위해 묶었던 호텔이어서 가깝고 좋았다. 다만 인터넷을 하기 위해서는 3파운드의 요금을 따로 지불해야 했다. 그것이 별로 기분을 좋지 않게 만들었다.

For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

Staff was enorm vriendelijk. In onze 3 dagen verschillende personen achter de receptie gesproken en stuk voor stuk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kwa kamer is het wat je ervan kunt verwachten. Niet om over naar huis te schrijven maar schoon. Bij aankomst miste in één van de kamers een douche gordijn. Deze was echter zo geregeld bij de receptie. Tevens waren onze kamer sleutels iedere dag weer geblokkeerd. Lastig en vervelend maar ook dat was met de nodige excuses zo weer geactiveerd. Ondanks dat het hotel direct bij het vliegveld ligt heb je van de vliegtuigen in de avond al geen last meer. Later dan 22:00 wordt er niet gevlogen. s’Morgens wordt je om 7 uur gewekt door de eerste opstijgende vliegtuigen. Als je het raam open hebt ben je direct wakker. Overigens hebben de kamers 2 ramen om de herrie buiten te houden. Wij hebben er verder niet ontbeten dus daar kan ik verder niets over zeggen.

Although convenient for London City Airport we would advise against staying here.We would not recommend anyone to stay at a Travelodge for the following reasons. 1. Drink – Only able to offer one type of white wine (Chardonnay) even though the menu offered more. We were offered a Rose from a bottle with a cork, unfortunately the only method of opening the bottle would be to use a knife to push the cork into the bottle, something which we declined. We decided on a glass of red wine which was served at too high a temperature and no measure was used for pouring. When requesting a second glass of wine we had to use the original glass as we were told there were insufficient glasses. 2. Food – On attempting to order food we surprised as to the long list of items not available. This impacted on whole meals or parts of meals. There were no salads, no curries, no pasta or meatballs as there was no Arrabiata sauce, no bacon for the meat feast pizza, no coleslaw for the roast chicken, no nduja pizza, no peppers for any pizzas that required them. We ordered a ‘compromise’ pizza (meat feast without bacon) and a Buttermilk Battered Chicken Burger ( Crispy chicken coated in a delicious buttermilk batter with melted Monterey-Jack cheese. ) When these were served the pizza base was extremely hard and went cold very quickly and the burger was totally inedible ( a stale un-toasted bun, two thin slices of tomato, half a limp lettuce leaf with a flaccid piece of chicken with a very small amount of burnt cheese, fries that were cold and only part cooked.) 3. Room – Very cheap thin pillows which were not conducive to a comfortable nights sleep. The toilet seat was loose and dangerous to sit on. We were surprised by the number of people returning to the hotel with bags of food shopping and take-away meals which they took to their rooms.

I had a very good nights sleep through a very comfortable bed, however, the rest of the stay was poor. On night 1, my partner and I popped down to the restaurant expecting to have dinner. I was informed there would be an hour wait which I was fine about - an hour later the time had an extra 45 minutes added to it. We were offered free drinks and a refund which we took, however, my complaint is with the company for a complete understaffing. We also asked for the room to be cleaned as we went out on day two. This did not happen, even with a sign on the outside of the door handle. I had to request new towels and bedding from the reception - the staff were prompt in bringing these up. I wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again.
