Travelodge London Battersea

Estancia en el hotel durante dos días. El hotel necesita ser reformado. El personal marcó la diferencia. Zac y Kim fueron simplemente increíbles. La Navidad con los regalos fue simplemente fabulosa y la luz alrededor del escritorio. Y por no hablar de la mascota que canta sobre el escritorio. El letrero que solicita una reseña es lo que me impulsó a escribir esta reseña y el trato recibido tanto de Zac como de Kim. Navidad increíble.

Hôtel réservé pour un voyage professionnel. Zac le réceptionniste était aux petits soins, vraiment très sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. On retrouve plusieurs lignes de bus à quelques mètres ainsi qu’une station de trains / métros à moins de 10 minutes de marche.

La 1ere nuit fut très difficile à cause de l'emplacement de la chambre située à côté de l'ascenseur. Grâce à la gentillesse du personnel, nous avons pu changer de chambre et profiter du calme , de la très bonne literie , nécessaire pour le thé , serviettes changées tous les jours si besoin . Hôtel propre , simple et bien placé. La chambre au calme a fait toute la différence pour un sommeil réparateur. Il manque un sèche cheveux.

除了位置和吃早餐的好地方（距離那裡 3 分鐘步行路程）之外，這個地方沒有什麼好的可提供的。需要很好的維護。訓練你的前台工作人員不要那麼有敵意會是一個很好的接觸。

This hotel is not really up to modern standards and it’s tiered! The outside of the building look even worse in real life as it does on the Internet and internally it’s not much better. I had a booking here on Saturday 17th June. When I arrived reception was closed and had a sign saying to call a number. At this point I notice reception is very busy and a phone is ringing! Needless to say it appears reception has been closed for a while and a large queue has built up and the phone number we had to call was the unstaffed desk infant of us. Those that had been waiting the longest were clearly annoyed by how long they had had to wait which made arrival unfriendly. Once checked in I was on the ground floor at the front of the hotel so my windows open onto a very busy main road. In the current heat that is a huge issue as Roma do not have AC, so you have two choices, boiler in the heat or be deafened by traffic noise. I closed the windows to try and sleep but was frequently woken through the night. Travel Lodge have clearly tried to make the internals look modern, but the condition of the bathrooms, and room furniture shows they have cut as many corners as they could. I won’t be rushing back to a Travel Lodge if this is what they pass of as hotel.

Bed comfy and bedding clean. Room clean. Bathroom lacked some attention to detail. Strange smell (cleaning products?). Noise at front of building from busy road is horrendous. I had very little sleep even with earplugs. All a bit dated and significantly poorer quality than main competitor. Location okay, good bus links to Victoria. Lovely riverside walk behind the building.
